This property is older / run down and in a need renovation. Outdoor area was good. We did not use the property much as we were out most of the times. It Looks like was previously rented and has older chattels and bathrooms and kitchen. I found that it was over priced for the accomodation and value for money as found and also with no linen included. This Property was a duplex unit with 3x2 but much to our surprise, it was rented with no linen but this was only openly shared after the no refund booking was completed and full details revealed. We had to hire our own linen. The agency did offer a full refund but trying to find another 3x 2 to accomodate 4-5 adults was near impossible during the XMAS / New Years break. Looked like pest control fumigation was done just before our rental as we found lots of dead roaches around and all doors & windows were closed so it was a very strong fumigation smell in the house. . We had to leave doors open with fans on to let the smell reduce before we could settle in. The property is near a busy road and pedestrians walking on the walkway on the side / behind the property with loud noise / music late st nights
