房間也不算太小，該有的都有。一樓大廳也有廁所跟飲水機。
最重要的是在台中停車場費用亂七八糟的情況下，還能找到有附停車位還能自由進出的住宿已經很感謝了。
(如果有開車要先跟老闆說，請他留車位。老闆會說明費用)
找到大樓，直接跟管理員說訂位資訊就能check in，很方便。
離逢甲夜市超級近(5分鐘內距離)，我們連兩天都去逛逢甲夜市。
停車場位子滿多的，但如果被分配停到最邊邊空間較狹小，需要一點技巧喬車子。
