About this house rental
Baywatch Kingscote is a newly completed [January 2018] 6 star energy-efficient, 3 bedroom, self-contained holiday home, centrally located on the esplanade at Kingscote. Simply stroll across the road for easy beach access.
The property boasts a large outdoor deck with 180 degree water views which can also be enjoyed from the kitchen and living areas. Bedding configuration consists of two Queen bedrooms [one with ensuite with double shower heads] and a 3rd bedroom containing 2 single-sized bunk beds [sleeping 4] and a cot.
The kitchen has a 450 litre bottom-mount fridge/freezer, 900mm electric stove and gas cook top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. There is a large TV with DVD player and DVD library, an 8 person dining table, highchair, and two large lounge suites complete the living area.
The laundry is equipped with both a washing machine and dryer. Detergents for handwashing, dishwasher and washing machine are supplied. Outside you have access to a clothes line, BBQ and fish-cleaning table.
Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, bath/shower soap are also supplied.
Wi-Fi is available at the property.
With ample off-street parking and being close to all that Kingscote has to offer [pubs, restaurants, bakery, take-away food shops, chemist, Drakes Foodland, tidal swimming pool, local jetty and the famous pelican feeding] this is an ideal place to base your Kangaroo Island adventure from.

The view was amazing. Awesome view of sun rise just a few steps from the home. Was nice to have heaters as it was cold when we were there. Very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities needed.

The location and amenity of the property is great for a family vacation. We were disappointed with the uncomfortable master bed and the lack of basics such as cooking oil, dishwashing liquid and toilet paper (2 rolls for 5 people to stay 6 nights).
