About this house rental
Welcome to our nice, clean and cool place. This home was freshly repainted and getting ready for our guests with care by our family members and professionals. You will enjoy newly resurfacing and filled with the fresh water heated pool. The kitchen, bath and bedroom amenities are available to use while you're enjoying your stay. THE SPACE: Master bedroom is located in a private area with no rooms close to it including a master bedroom and separate entrance pool patio. GUEST ACCESS: The 4 beach chairs and umbrella welcome to use located in the garage helves. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: For question about small pets and all other needs please contact owner. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The house located in nice quiet neighborhood PLEASE READ CAREFUL OUR RULES!!! No party allowed.!! Due to sensitivity of neighbors to loud noises we are asking all guests NO loud music, loud splashes or jumps in the pool after 9PM!!!!! Absolutely no 🔊 subwoofers at the property!!!! . NO MORE than 8 guests including kids over 2 years old! We are getting house ready for as many guests as you including in reservation list so please no extra people. The guests who registered is responsible for herding your group and ensuring they do not get lost or bother the neighbors, also must explain all rules. If any of the guests are not obeying rules and we will get any complaints from our neighbors whole company must live our property at that time. No excuses are excepted!!!! Explain to your family ,delivery guys, taxis or visitors to please not bother neighbors. The property is monitored by Noise Aware to help owner control neighbor disturbance . We don’t ask our guests to whisper to each other just please don’t make people around listen your music and conversations!!!! GETTIG AROUND: We are close to malls, beaches and downtown Sarasota. Enjoy St Armand circle, Siesta Key and Ringling museum. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: CHECK IN: 12-24 hours prior to arrival to get access door code. NO OVERNIGHT VISITORS PLEASE. PARKING: Please park all your cars on driveway only, not on the grass or at the road!!!POOL: Use it at your own risk. Do not increase temperature or touch heater equipment. IMPORTANT: !!! Children under the age 12 must be supervised by an adult age 18 + at all times. No glass allowed in the pool area. Washer and dryer located in closet next to garage door. SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking inside in the house and lanai area , not even medical MJ, if there any evidence of smoking we will charge you $250 . TRASH: Please take your trash to the big trash can in the garage every night to prevent insects. Please do not leave any dirty dishes in sink overnight. CHECK OUT: Leave house in neat condition, do not strip and wash any bedding or towels. Put all dirty dishes into dishwasher and run it.

The house was really nice and the bedrooms as well. Location is perfect is you like a calm side of the city. You have stores in less than 5 min driving or 35min walking (with mail services, places to eat, etc). The beach is around 25min away by car and you have a massive mall 15min away. The house is big enough for an entire family to be super comfortable.

The house was beautiful. The pool was gorgeous. Great location cute neighborhood safe neighborhood will definitely be back when I visit Sarasota again.

Owner had the house ready shortly after arriving in Florida, and before the 4:00 check in. They let us check in early, which was extremely helpful, considering we were traveling with a 2 year old. We enjoyed our stay, and the house was one of the better ones that I have rented through VRBO over the years. Would highly recommend to anyone with a family of 7 like me.

Our staying in Sarasota was wonderful.
The house itself was clean and nice and the pool was nice.
However, the neighborhood and the yard and the barking dogs were a distraction.
