foot home includes 4 bedrooms, 2 baths comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.The house is equipped with all your basic essentials to make you feel right at home.
A complete kitchen is available with all basic amenities.
The screened-in patio has the perfect set for a year-round vacation with a heated pool, lounge chairs, outdoor dining table. At night the stringed lanai lights can be plugged in for a cozy ambiance and the pool can be light up with a remotely switch for a quiet
late-night swim.
A washer and dryer is available on the premises.
We are close to restaurants,
shopping. Siesta Beach is about 20 minutes drive.
The back patio has a gas grill. We also have things for your beach trip that you
can grab with you. Chairs, umbrella.
SPA and Pool temperature is remotely controlled .

Wonderful home in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The layout was perfect for our family. We did have an issue with the pool heater during our stay, which was a bit disappointing, but the owner was very responsive and offered compensation for the days we couldn’t enjoy the pool. Once it was working, we loved spending time in the hot tub and pool. Overall, a great stay—we would happily return!

We really enjoyed the pool area with family time! It was spacious and easy to communicate with host to turn on hot tub and adjust temperature as desired. The home had a large dining table indoors that fit everyone in our large group. Access to laundry and outdoor grill were bonuses, as was the beach gear! We were disappointed in finding a few cockroaches in one area of the house. When I let the host know this on our checkout he said he would contact the pest company right away. We were also disappointed in the neighborhood, as several in our group wanted to go on walks or runs, but didn't feel comfortable doing so. Overall though, we had a good experience and the house worked out well to spend time together with all our kids and grandkids during the Thanksgiving holdiday.
