This beautifully furnished condo is only steps away from the white sandy beaches of the Caribbean. The contemporary wall units bring a fresh and artistic flavor to the condominium. It is located in the popular and rapidly growing area known as the Italian zone. Here you will find all the newest shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, night clubs, drinks at your nearest Palapa and more attractions all within walking distance. This modern style 2 bedroom 2 ½ bathroom condo is both bright and spacious. With this fabulous location you will find everything you need including mini split air conditioning throughout and a washer and dryer. The living area has been decorated with a comfortable suede sofa, love seat and chair, a large Sony TV with a home entertainment system and a DVD player with a variety of music and movies to choose from.

The condo was just as described on the web site. It's in a great location, near the beach and Little Italy area of PDC. We have stayed in several condos in Playa over the past 13 years and this was by far the best maintained. Everything worked and the place was spotless. Perfect balcony to enjoy a glass of wine and people watch each evening before heading our for dinner. Short walk to the beach and close to all of the best restaurants in Playa. Management was easy to work with and very timely in getting the reservation confirmed. No problems at all. Will stay here again.
