About this house rental
The amazing townhouse has a large front patio with dining table facing the fantastic green pool area. A lovely porch with seating for a drink or a coffee and watch the sunset.
Downstairs is an air conditioned livingroom, fully equipped kitchen and a dining room behind the kitchen with a partial glass ceiling. There's also a bathroom with shower.
A staircase leads to the middle level. Here we find three bedrooms and the main bathroom. Six adults sleeps comfortably here. All these bedrooms are air conditioned. One with balcony.
If we continue up the stairs, there's a loft bed for two people.
This area leads to the wonderful roof top terrace, where you have a stunning view of the ocean, the town and the pool area.

A lovely property. Loads of room for the 6 of us. Air con in the bedrooms and lounge were just what the doctor ordered!! Excellent kitchen facilities. And the pool - so close and so necessary. WONDERFUL

Torrevieja är en fin stad, lagom stort, många fina stränder, flera stora köpcenter!
Radhuset var fint , poolen var precis utanför, parkeringsplats är precis intill ! Perfekt för barnfamiljer! Vi har varit där i två veckor och haft jätte härliga tider. Husägare var trevlig att kontakta med o svarade direkt när vi undrade något ! Så vi sätter betyget 4,5 av 5 på denna resa. Li Larsson från Sverige

This was our first experience of booking through HomeAway and our first holiday with a very young child so it was really important to us that the property and local areas were safe. Peter's communication in the build up to our holiday was fantastic. The property itself was ideal for us with 2 double bedrooms and a third bedroom (2 x singles). The property was clean and well maintained. It is directly opposite the communal swimming pool so we were also able to keep an eye on our older daughter if she wanted to go for a swim by herself. The pool area was immaculate and is cleaned daily. Local beaches are fantastic, clean and very safe and ideal for young children as they are shallow and very gentle current.
I would recommend this property and location to anyone with a young family.
