About this house rental
XThis home is located directly next to the Island Club pool, giving it an excellent spot to soak up the sun on a lovely Put-in-Bay day. There are three bedrooms and two baths; with a capacity of up to eight guests. The eat-in kitchen has full-size appliances, as well as the items needed to cook up a delicious meal. At the rear of the home there is an elevated wooden deck with a seating area. A propane grill is also provided for the grill master of your group. Two vehicles are permitted to park at this unit in the adjacent driveway. Golf carts are available to be rented on site, and are by far the preferred way to see all of PIB.The Island Club at Put-in-Bay is an excellent choice for your vacation. We strive to provide our guests with an exceptional stay with friendly staff and spacious homes. Why cram into several hotel rooms when you can relax and unwind together under one roof. This home can be rented with neighboring homes to house even the largest of parties. Cable TV, HBO, and high speed internet are complimentary.

I have stayed at island club before, but it was over 20 years ago. This was the first time I have stayed in this unit. This unit was perfect for our small family. I enjoyed the decorations and furnishings inside and out. the laminate floor throughout our unit, made it feel comfortable and clean! Upon arrival you could smell the cleaning solution and bleach and could tell that it had been clean. Linens were clean and provided as requested! All the dishes and everything else that we needed to help with meals were provided! As far as this unit it needed some small repairs to make it 5 stars. It was missing some trim, trim has to be painted, kitchen drawer was broken, skylight needs replaced, and lock could be improved for sliding door. The location was right next to the golf cart rental, pool, and pavilions for the grounds. This could be a good or bad thing depending on guests staying throughout the other properties. It was good and convenient for us as we stayed from Sunday through Tuesday. The loud parties died down from the weekend and we were able to finally swim at the pool as it was cleaned on Monday from parties on Sunday. Overall, I truly enjoyed this Unit and it was perfect for what we needed! As far as the Island Club Property and grounds, every employee was helpful and amazing! Booking and golf cart rental was easy! All my questions were answered! Taxis were present and available when needed and the taxi drivers were so nice and fun!The worst part about our stay was the inside quality of the island club taxis! I Do Not think they have been updated or repaired in over 30 years!!!! They were soo gross!! Seats ripped, nasty foam exposed, press on nails and band aids on ground, dirty everything! Emergency exit rusting and leaking. Since other taxi services are not allowed on grounds we settled for island clubs as we needed to transport heavy luggage to get directly to our unit.

Location was convenient to everything. Met our needs for staying on the island, cooking meals and relaxing. It was very nice having the pool.

My expectations were a bit higher than what we found with the cabin. It very much resembled cabins my family rented on Lake Michigan in the 1970s. Comfortable enough, but primitive. The upgrades were done by someone just learning how to renovate a building. But, the location was great, parking.was easy, and they reheated the outdoor pool so we could swim.
