Welcome to Hook, Wine and Sinker!
This oceanfront single family home has been completely renovated from top to bottom into a beautiful 4+ bedroom, 4 bath single home with a modern farmhouse feel.
1st floor is the bedroom level where you will find 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. 2 Ocean View master bedrooms (both with queen beds) and private bathrooms with deck access from bedrooms and bathrooms! Bedroom #3 (2 twin beds) and #4 (2 twin beds). 3rd bathroom is a shared bath and has access from hall and 4th bedroom.
2nd floor: Beautiful fully stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances and finishes, dining table for 10+ people, and living area with fireplace.
A bonus game room separate from the living area by barn doors offers the option for a 5th bedroom with a queen size murphy bed and full bath.
Outside decks, private walkway to the beach, outdoor shower, bbq grill and beach closet.

We loved everything about this house. First, the location is perfect-steps from the beach with a great view from the deck. We did a fair bit of cooking and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and it was all in great shape. The decor was adorable and the beds were comfy. The owners responded quickly whenever we contacted them. We have stayed in many homes in Emerald Isle over the years and this is definitely one of our favorites!

Property was amazing. Kitchen had everything we needed, including an ice machine that we didn't know we needed but loved. The bedrooms were comfortable, wifi and TVs worked well. The hosts provided clear check in instructions and local recommendations. We had one issue during our stay that the hosts dealt with immediately. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our family loved our stay at Hook, Wine, and Sinker. Stunning, sweeping views of the ocean. The home is comfortable and modern. Steps from the beach. Doesn’t get more convenient than that! The hosts are responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

This rental was one of the smoothest, most wonderful stays I’ve had at a VRBO. The property is spotless and even better in person than in photos, if that’s possible. The renovations are gorgeous and the layout makes it perfect for families. We had ten people staying, and everyone was comfortable. The beach is just outside the door, making it easy to leave a kid inside for a nap while mom goes out to read her book on the beach. The big kitchen and HUGE table ensure everyone has space to hang out and eat. Balcony is fabulous with plenty of seating. Truly enjoyed our stay. One note for renters- read your rental documents! You need to bring hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, etc. Linens are provided but you need your own beach towels. Renters are up front about this, just giving a heads up in case someone doesn’t read everything! Overall a fabulous stay and I’d love to come back.
