Lovely little room.
Shower is not fixed in place. Needs holding with one hand. Limited space in bathroom.

The AC is great; almost soundless and effective; the temperature is always pleasant. Fridge, internet, the tiny kitchenette, all very functional. Location is excellent. No traffic noise. Communication with the manager/caretaker was excellent. I would highly recommend the studio to someone who needs the basics.
The window is covered by sun-screening blinds; no views. The bathroom is too small; shower cubicle cramped. The washbasin drains very slowly. There is only one very bright ceiling light.
