The view and location
The property does not match the description. It looks more like a ghetto than a hotel to stay, with outdated furniture and an overall neglected appearance. The host does not speak English, which made communication difficult. The air conditioning was very loud and did not cool the room effectively. The balcony was very small, and the bathroom was poorly equipped, bad WiFi signal, practical useless.,

The location of the hotel is in a quiet place with an amazing view to the mountains. Our room had 3 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms, which was pretty good. And, of course, the terrace where we spent our evening party was exceptional.
Maybe some hygiene staff were missing like toothpaste and brushes.

Cozy and personal with very good view of signagi town. It’s feels like staying at a house curated with love rather than a hotel. Owner was lovely and even got us a birthday cake for free despite the last minute request.
Some furnitures such as glass door in the shower was a bit run down and needs fixing.

Breakfast was ready waiting for us. Bread, butter, honey, local cheese, processed sausage, boiled eggs, salad, watermelon and tea/coffee.
Bathrooms were small so it wasn't easy to move around. There was A/C in only one bedroom whilst the others had strong fans.
