Great apartment with beautiful views and fully equipped kitchen
The apartment was really great, fully equipped and super clean. The views from the balcony were really nice and we enjoyed sitting there for breakfast and dinner. Our car (4,10m) fit exactly into the garage after moving some stuff. The apartment is in walking distance to the center of Sanremo. Everything great!
A larger table and a more stable one would be great for the balcony especially in terms of having dinner there :-)

Perfekt! Ich komme gerne wieder!
Die Wohnung ist wunderbar. Eigentlich noch schöner, als auf den Fotos. Die Größe, Ausstattung, Einrichtung und Sauberkeit sind perfekt, es ist alles vorhanden, was man jemals benötigen könnte, von Bratpfannen über Bügeleisen bis hin zum Duschstuhl. Die Matratze ist sehr gut! Das Auto konnte in einer abschließbaren Garage abgestellt werden. Es ist ein Aufzug vorhanden (man muss überhaupt keine Treppenstufen überwinden). Die Lage ist sehr gut und ruhig, Verkehrslärm ist nicht zu hören. Geschäfte sind zwar nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe, aber dafür hat man ja das Auto. Der Blick auf das Meer vom Wohnzimmer und vom Schlafzimmer sowie vom Balkon ist sensationell! Der Balkon ist groß genug, um dort zu sitzen und zu essen oder um sich auf der Liege auszuruhen. Nochmal: Es war wirklich alles super: die Lage, die Aussicht, die Einrichtung, die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit, Parkmöglichkeit. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter (ganz herzlichen Dank nochmal!).

Alles nur schöner Schein.
Die Aussicht war so gut wie beschrieben; aber solange man nicht immer das Auto benutzen will, ist die verkehrstechnische Lage katastrophal. Entweder wartet man auf den Bus, der eher selten fährt oder geht zu Fuß tatsächlich nur 450m, die es aber in sich haben: steil, holperig, eher unwegsam („Eselspfad“).
Um die schöne Aussicht auf das Meer vom Balkon aus zu genießen, wäre eine entsprechende Balkonmöblierung wünschenswert. Hier bestand die Möblierung aus einem wackeligen Klapptisch, einem passenden Klappstuhl, einem etwas besseren Campingstuhl und einer Sonnenliege. Gemütlich auf dem Balkon sitzen - unmöglich!
