This comfortably furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is just minutes off Highway 160, west of downtown in the Pagosa Lakes area--north of City Market, if you're familiar with Pagosa. Enjoy mountain views from decks off both the living room and master bedroom. Bedrooms, one full bath and the washer/dryer are on the entry level. The kitchen, another full bath, living and dining rooms are on the second level. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, a convenient vanity with sink, and sitting area for quiet reading or solitude. The charming second bedroom has a double bed, and is furnished with sturdy antiques. All linens, dishes, and cookware are furnished. Wolf Creek ski area is a 30-minute drive east on 160. Planning a summer or autumn trip? Walk across the street to fish, paddleboard or kayak on Village Lake, or enjoy walking and biking the nearby trails. You will appreciate the close proximity to the Recreation Center, golf course, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and boutiques, all just a few minutes from the condo. This wonder VRBO comes completely stocked for your needs. The location is ideal and quite. With walking/ biking trails all around, easy access to food and entertainment, it's a great choice for your stay in Pagosa Springs! This VRBO is exquisitely clean and very well marinated! The hostess provided suggestions for yummy eateries and places to experience. If i could give more than 5 stars, I would!!

The condo has a great view, comfortable, well equipped kitchen, everything we needed and very clean. Enjoyed being close to the lake and lots of deer. Friendly and considerate neighbors, and very quiet. The photo is from the balcony

Enjoyed our stay in Kathy's condo! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood with views of the lake and mountains. Saw deer every night on our walk:) The condo is well appointed with 2 beds and 2 baths and a bonus vanity & sink in the primary bedroom! AC is only on the second level although there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and opening the sliding door and windows at night lets the cool air in:)Condo is 10 minutes from downtown and there is a grocery store and restaurants within 3 minutes of the condo.Kathy was always very responsive to our questions and she was a great host!
