Nice homely feeling to it, as if you’ve rented an air bnb, but people around to help with things when you need. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was lovely. The views and area felt very local. Lovely walk down the road to the local shop and bakery, with a local woman selling corn at the bottom of the road. All the benefits of a hotel stay but with an air BnB feel in the middle of lush green fields

We had the absolute best time during our stay at this wonderful, nature-focused accommodation. You can see all kinds of animals directly from your room window, which makes the experience truly special. The rooms are stylish and perfectly designed, and the service and breakfast are outstanding — giving you a real taste of Sri Lanka. The location is also ideal for beach trips, surfing spots, great restaurants, nightlife, and exploring even more nature.
There was honestly nothing to dislike. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and exceeded our expectations.

Very well presented, nice pool, obliging staff, large private bungalow. Saw some interesting birds and the monkeys.
Staff very helpful if you asked for something but didn’t automatically replenish water in room or provide pool towels or have tea making facilities in the room. Breakfasts pretty but we didn’t find them substantial. We felt it was not a good value stay compared to other places we have been to. Only discovered after asking, that sandwiches could be made for us, but by then had had a supper of already purchased lemon puffs and peanuts!
