NEW COVID-19 CLEANING PROCEDURE DETAILS
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adopted new cleaning procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests. Our cleaners are required to wear face masks during all cleans moving forward, and we have introduced new EPA approved cleaning products that kill coronavirus, as well as many other hard-to-kill viruses and bacteria. The linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also stocking our condo with additional, essential disinfectants and supplies to help you follow the CDC’s guidelines. We look forward to welcoming you to our condo and hosting your stay.We understand the threat of this virus and are committed to doing our part to slow the spread. If you have any questions, or specific requests, regarding our cleaning procedures, please feel free to inquire.
These side-by-side BRAND NEW modern luxury homes feature 8 bedrooms, 8 full baths, 2 fully stocked kitchens w/ bar seating, spacious living rooms, 2 private 2 car garages, and 2 HUGE rooftop patios w/ amazing views of Downtown Nashville’s skyline. These homes are located w/i WALKING DISTANCE of Nashville’s 12th South hotspot known as “The Gulch,” which is a popular restaurant, shopping, & bar district. We are a short $5 Uber/Lyft ride to downtown, Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, & Nissan Stadium.

Great location, at the edge of the Gulch. Large open floor plan with everything needed for our stay. Plenty of conveniences but the unit is ready for a refresh. We would stay again.

Overall i give the place 4 stars. Because of location and neighborhood. I was in constant communication with the host months prior to my wedding. Upon arrival I open the door to a child sleeping on the couch. I slowly closed the door and walked out the home. The maids were still there not even ready for our early check in. He failed to tell me that the fridge was broken in one house and they had a mini fridge as its replacement. My wedding rehersal dinner, cocktail hour wine down (roof top) and reception dinner was held in the home. We arrived and there was no soap anywhere to be found. The ones that were there were more water than soap. I went to the next house and the stove lights were out, but their fridge was working. None of the fire pits worked upstairs. 3 are advertised. He came and fixed 2 of them. As a bride i am freaking out at this point. I can say when i contacted the host he did respond quockly and came over to fix what he could. Needless tonsay with 18 adults we still pnly had 1 fridge because thats been a issue that wasnt solved before we came or during our stay. I felt a little bamboozled. Anither thing that didnt sit well with me was when we were checking out. We cleaned and got all the trash out. Rhe maid was in house 1 and she was there 30 min. She came to the house we were in and said shes done cleaning house one. We used ALL BEDS AND SHOWERS. I IMMEDIATELY FELT GROSS. I wont be booking this area again and hopefully this helps somone in the future.
