The comfortable cottage can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of a cozy living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bedroom and an open sleeping loft.
In front of the house, the cozy terrace with garden furniture and charcoal grill invites you to linger.
Schwaan is located about 25 km south of the Hanseatic city of Rostock. You can also reach the Baltic Sea beach by S-Bahn, which runs about every hour in the direction of Rostock and from there to Warnemünde. Here you will find a wonderful beach and a beautifully designed promenade, which invites you to take a walk.
The nearby lakes and the Warnow offer good fishing opportunities, the Warnow flows directly through the city. Exploring the well-developed hiking trails on foot, by horse, (horse farm about 500m away ) or by bike, water tours on the Warnow (boat rental in Schwaan), swimming and relaxing in the river pool on the Warnow, visit the art museum, shopping and restaurants.
To the Hanseatic city of Rostock with its strolling mile, city harbor, old town, many restaurants and cafes it is 24 km. To the seaside resort Warnemünde with white sandy beach and cruise port it is 33 km.
The cultural town of Güstrow, famous for its castle, is 22 km away.
