Stone house built in 1928, fully restored and opened in August 2006. Located in the town of Caunedo 3K from the capital of the Pola de Somiedo council, with the advantage of being a small and quiet town but at the same time close to the main services and at the same time with a perfect situation so as not to have to make kilometers of plus. Sitio ideal para unas vacaciones con tu familia. Apartamentos muy tranquilos y acogedores. Muy céntricos para hacer rutas de senderismo y para visitar la zona del parque natural de Somiedo.
Gracias a Modesta y su familia por el trato recibido. De volver a este bonito lugar de Asturias , no dudaremos en repetir en estos apartamentos. Gracias desde Jaen. Paco y Paqui

Somos una pareja que hemos estado alojados diez días en el apartamento B. El apartamento está equipado de manera eficaz y con muy buen gusto.
Los propietarios nos han dado un trato excelente, con abundantes indicaciones y una gran amabilidad, que nos han permitido disfrutar mejor de Somiedo.
Sin duda, cuando volvamos a Somiedo repetiremos la experiencia en Casa Modesta.

Estuvimos seis días en abril. Muy acogedor y cómodo. Está muy bien ubicado para hacer las distintas excursiones.
Hay que tener en cuenta que no lo puedes ocupar antes de las cinco de la tarde.

Alojamiento perfecto para descansar tras las numerosas rutas por este entorno inigualable. Apartamento muy acogedor y limpio. Agradecer a Modesta y a su familia por las recomendaciones e información sobre el lugar.
