Check in really easy with super friendly and supportive staff to assist. Rooms was lovely, clean and comfortable and spacious in family room.

Great hotel

The hotel staff were excellent and polite. The rooms were very clean and the facilities were great.

We travelled over as a group for a football tournament. Pre-booking vehicles for transport is essential due to the location. A car would be recommended.

Great staff but room condition could be better

The rooms are beautiful and the staff were very nice. Also apparently there is always staff at the lobby which is great.

The screen to adjust AC in my specific room was broken, staff had to set it from their computer downstairs. The window was open when I got there and there were a bunch of small flies as a result. Wasn't a huge problem as it wasn't that annoying kind but still, best keep those closed when there's a chance of that happening?

Rather being a motel than a hotel!

Modern and stylish hotel. Located next to the highway, so easy to reach. Free wifi being offered. Comfortable bed.

Breakfast being served at a highway stop. Selection of food (included in the price) rather limited. Topping of the bed slipping aside when turing in bed. Although the bed was supposed to be a king-size bed, were actually two smaller beds put aside (which separated when turning around during night). Door didn't open easily, so I had to use some for force to open/close it.

Fantastic hotel

We have used this hotel 3 times now on our travels to Poland stooping half way with our young daughter, staff very helpful and lovely comfy rooms will be using next time too

Good

Good sized rooms with very comfy bed, a massive TV and a really excellent shower. Automated check in and out was handy. There’s a (very popular) restaurant attached to the hotel with a really wide choice of food on offer. Same place serves breakfasts for €10 , though I was disappointed I in the range it offered.

The rooms on the road side of the hotel were a bit noisy if the window was open, especially in the early morning. Not a massive problem, but irritating.

Exceptional

High tech rooms. Room entry via scanning a barcode, and all mood lights controlled by an iPad. Large comfy beds, huge family room, perfect location for Toverland. 100% would stay again.
