The villa is located in a quiet area of Risika on the island of Krk.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, freezer), a bedroom with bathroom and a separate toilet. Next to the living room is a terrace with sitting set. On the ground floor there are two rooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning and TV. The villa has a sofa bed in the space between the two rooms.
The villa is fully air conditioned. In the courtyard of the villa there is a swimming pool (hydromassage) and a covered terrace. Villa has 1100 m2 of garden and the yard is completely fenced.
The nearest sandy beach is 2 kilometers away, the shop is 300 meters and the nearest restaurant is 5 kilometers away.
In the vicinity of Risika is Vrbnik. It is one of the most famous wine regions in Croatia. Here you will find wine cellars where you can taste the best wines. Restaurants in the center of Vrbnik await you for a full gourmet experience.
The island of Krk is the largest island on the Adriatic, and is full of attractions that will draw your attention to all locations for just 5-15 minutes by car. Highway and airport are also nearby (we offer free transfer from the airport). Krk town has beautiful old churches, old city walls, towers and the remains of the ancient Romans. Town Vrbnik is known for its vineyards and excellent wines, Punat with the largest marina on the Adriatic and island Košljun with the famous Franciscan Monastery with a museum. Baska has one of the largest sandy beaches and an aquarium, bay Soline with healthy mud and cave Biserujka.
