A beautifully updated 2BR/2BA Gulf-front condo at Villas on the Gulf, just steps from the sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach.
This unit is located in Building N, one of the only true Gulf-front buildings in the complex—meaning no roads, no long walkways, and nothing between you and the beach. You are just seconds from having your feet in the sand.
Enjoy uninterrupted panoramic views from your private balcony where you can start your day with coffee and the sound of the waves, and unwind in the evening with the Gulf breeze. This location offers a quieter, more relaxed beach experience away from the high-rise crowds, while still being just a short drive to dining, shopping, and nightlife. 
Located two full flights up with no elevator, this unit is best suited for guests comfortable with stairs.

You are approximately 1.5 miles from the main Pensacola Beach area, including restaurants, shopping, and the boardwalk.
Parking Details
Buildings M and N are the only true Gulf-front buildings and do not have assigned parking.
Parking is first come, first served
Carports and marked spaces are privately assigned
Unauthorized vehicles may be towed
During peak times such as Blue Angels week and July 4th, parking can be very limited. Plan accordingly.

We had the most enjoyable vacation at Seas the Day. Everything was provided so we didn't have to worry about the small stuff like laundry detergent, paper products etc. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the serene sound of the Gulf. Mary provided many ideas of what to do and where to eat which was much appreciated.

Outstanding!!! The place has everything you need for your beach vacation. The rooms were clean and all of the appliances were in working order. The view and the beach access were great. If we weren’t on the beach we were sitting on the balcony watching the waves roll in. The location was also great. Plenty of great restaurant nearby. Communication with the property owner was great also. Very quick to respond to inquiries and makes sure you have all of the info you need to ensure your trip is wonderful.

This was our second year renting Seas the Day. It was great last year and had some updates this year that made it even better. The host had been great and the entire experience was perfect. Looking forward to staying here again.
