Tiszta, kényelmes, jó elosztású, jól felszerelt (mosogatógép, mosógép, mikrohullámú, tüzhely hajszáritó, vasaló stb). szinte minden volt benne, ami egy normál háztartásba kell. Nekünk tulajdonképpen semmi nem hiányzot. Talán egy cipökanál és egy tálca még jól jött volna, de ez egyéni igény szerintem. Minden elérhető séta távolságra. Tó, étterem, bevásárlási lehetőség, kávézó stb.

A saját kiskert különösen tetszett.
Jellegéböl adódóan a parkolás nem oldható meg saját helyen, de a közeli utcában biztonságosan tudtam parkolni.
