A személyzet nem volt kedves,nem volt tisztaság,megfelelő felszereltség,nem volt megfelelő mennyiségű étkészlet,evőeszköz, kávéfőző nem működött rendesen. A fürdőszoba hagyott kivetnivalót, nem volt zuhanyzó (félkész állapotú) illetve a tisztaság is hagyott kívánnivalót. Korlátozva volt a kerti kiülő ideje is. Az ablakok nem záródtak rendesen, az ágynemű koszos,foltos volt, szúnyoghálót még hírből sem ismerik.
