The Hotel has gracefully upgraded me to a BIG King Size room as I have preferred a King bed instead of a double bed. The room is cleaned daily. Good breakfast.

The mattress needs to upgrade to achieve an even better comfortable sleep.

An exceptional stay at Anja Jimbaran – truly outstanding from start to finish.

From the moment we arrived, the staff and service were absolutely outstanding, Evik & Roy welcomed us warmly and ensured that we had a great start to our stay. Every team member went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, welcoming, and seamless. The rooms were excellent – beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and having direct access to the pool from our room was a real highlight and such a luxury. The spa was exceptional. A special mention to Sri and Mita, who were outstanding therapists. Their treatments were professional, deeply relaxing, and genuinely some of the best massages we’ve had in Bali. A huge bonus was the free airport drop-off, which made our departure completely stress-free. Roy was fantastic – friendly, punctual, and professional. The hotel’s location is perfect, only 10 minutes to the airport, which was ideal for our early morning flight. To top it all off, the hotel thoughtfully provided breakfast boxes for our early departure, which was such a considerate and appreciated touch. Anja Jimbaran delivers exceptional service, comfort, and attention to detail. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing stay close to the airport.

I like the shower which has good water temperature control and water pressure.

Please improve the quality of Coffee and Tea at breakfast. Its diluted and not hot enough. I wish there is Oatmeal for breakfast. Pls also provide more varieties of bread.

Great small hotel

For us this was a great place to have a couple days’ rest after the long flight. Nice breakfast. Comfy rooms. Parking available. Very helpful staff. 24 hour front desk.

I was disappointed

If it were a 3 star hotel, maybe the rating would be better. The rooms have a specific smell, even after a few days the clothes got this smell. The hotel itself is old. The pool is poor. The food is not bad, the staff is very nice. In general, the staff is nice, but the hotel is definitely not 4 stars.

Lovely pool, close to beach and 3 very good restaurants. The spa is 10/10

The restaurant is terrible. Actually included breakfasts were nice enough (but better at Warung next door) but we tried nasi goreng, sandwiches and spring rolls and they were so bad. It’s Bali, I expect good Nasi Goreng!

Need to be improved for the bathroom

The location is good close to the beach the room was ok but the shower 🚿 leaking and the second night the aircon leaking .. The receptionist wasn really friendly not really connected.. but the staff at the kitchen was friendly and the food was good .. the room lot of mossie I like the room got balcony and through the pool

The location was great, close to beach and restaurants and local shops. Nice clean laneway, leading to the beach and seafood restaurants. Quiet! Big rooms, air con working well. Lovely pool, big bean bags to float on. Lifts, good breakfast and food . Happy hour cocktails good price. Great massages in the spa, good price and the ladies were beautiful!

Bathroom floor tended to flood when using showers, water escaping slowly so maybe a drain blockage. Air con dripped water onto tiled floor making it slippery so we had to put towels on the floor.

Good staff friendly and friendly service from Suriya and the Team

The staff here are amazing and super friendly, we were able to store items for our Bali 10s Rugby Tournament which really helped a lot.

Best hotel in Jimbaran!

Everything was perfect! Room was very clean and AC worked amazing. Bed and pillows were sooo comfortable! I absolutely loved the shower! It could fit 5 people lol Pool was absolutely the best ! Very close to the beach (2 min walk). Staff very friendly and accommodating, i was able to stay after my check out and enjoy the pool. Restaurant was very good ! I had the benedictin eggs, the pizza and the chicken fried rice ! All excellent. I recommend this hotel 100% !

Fairly quiet location but close to the beach and short walk to the shopping centre. Good size rooms with easy access to the pool which was clean and pleasant temperature. Staff were helpful and friendly and all necessary amenities to hand.

The breakfast menu was not particularly suited to our (English) tastes. Room privacy for ground floor rooms somewhat limited.

Friendly staff. Great location. Comfy rooms. Close to the Airport but absolutely no noise from the it. From the Beach you can see the planes land.

Only found out the last day how the humidifier in the room worked. Had to fill it ourselves with water. Air was so dry (35%) because of the AC. Had a sore throat in the morning.

Why so many cockroaches?

The pool is nice

There were cockroaches everywhere, I saw them in the stairs and I was already disgusted. Later I found there was one dead cockroaches near my bed, in the room!!! I have stayed in different hotels in Bali, also cheaper ones, but this is the only hotel with the cockroaches. Very unpleasant.

When we stayed in this hotel there were not so many people. It was in a quiet area. Offering a good solution for those who do not plan to stay in the overcrowded Kuta. It was great as the beach was just 2,3min walk away.

Very pleasant hotel that I would definitely consider again.

Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The pool was amazing for several dips throughout our stay with the constant intense heat. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a lovely massage on site. The area is really lovely and away from the hustle and bustle of the main road. Also a great base to explore the surrounding beaches and touristy sites.

The beach was a little disappointing with all the rubbish lying around. Fabulous sunsets however.

Surprisingly good! Very friendly staff! Cozy Bed! Nice atmosphere! Super close to Jimbaran Beach! Everyday 3 liter water on the room, like that a lot! Restaurants also good (had Burger, Fish&Chips -> perfect actually, Pancakes).

Disappointing

The location was, as Indonesians say, strategic. The pool was clean and big enough to do laps. The staff were, as usual, cheerful, helpful and smiling. The room was an “upgrade” meaning the deck outside the sliding door gave onto the pool and I could enter the pool from my room. The bathroom was adequate.

The bed was old and tired and in need of a new mattress. The poly/cotton sheets were the same, old and in need of a good bleaching. For the price Anja Jimbaran was a little underwhelming.

Clean and comfortable stay

The family room was clean and spacious for a family of 2A + 2C. We were on the ground floor and hence had easy access to the pool and restaurant. Beds and pillows were really comfortable and A/C was great. Large bottles of water were provided which is convenient for drinking and brushing teeth.

Western style breakfast was really not tasty at all, portions were big and hence had quite a bit of food wastage. Stick to indomie goreng if you are looking for a safe choice.

Extremely comfortable and large room. Lovely linen, it was so nice to get into bed! My Room was immaculate, very quiet too. Kettle tray with tea, coffee.. plus 2 litres of bottled water a day too 😊 Loved the Dehumidifier, nice touch. 😍 Amazing shower with great water pressure. Bottles of shower gel, shampoo etc are supplied for use, plus toothbrushes and other disposable items if needed. Staff were so lovely, very friendly, happy to help with anything and always smiling. A wonderfully run hotel, it was perfect. Also extremely immaculate. The courtesy drop off to the airport is a very nice touch, much appreciated. 💜 This hotel is PERFECT for a last stay before home, after travelling round wonderfully beautiful Bali, The Anja Jambaran really has everything you need. ✨️

I LOVED everything. 💜✨️ 😍 I have read some comments re breakfast. Breakfast was one choice from the a la carte menu and a small buffet. The a la carte menu was lovely, with great tasty choices. Perfect eggs benedict, lovely fruit smoothie bowls and Nasi Goreng! The Buffet 'could' be seen as limited by some, I don’t eat a large breakfast. Plenty of choice.. pastries, cereal, toast, waffles, fresh juices, fresh fruit & freshly cooked local items too. I was very happy with breakfast, it really is plenty along with your a la carte choice. (Please dont be put off by the other comments.)

Amazing service staff at Anja

The whole experience at Anja was amazing! The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The family room is very spacious and serves our purpose well. The breakfast was good too. And best part was a 3-min walk to the Jimbaran beach.

Overall it was very good at Anja. We didn't like it that we couldn't stay any longer. Will definitely return to this venue if I am heading to Bali. I will recommend this place too, if you want to have spacious room.
