j'ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. le patron géorgien d'origine arménienne est très sympa et professionnel. il nous a offert la vodka et nous avons passé un bon moment à discuter avec lui avec la traduction vocale. la chambre est propre et calme, le lit confortable. le lendemain , malgré que le déjeuner ne soit pas compris dans le prix, il nous a offert le café. il nous a même aidé car nous avons eu un problème avec la voiture au moment du départ. je recommande cet hôtel bien et pas cher. (il y a en plus une place de parking privé et gratuit devant, ce qui est bien pratique).

The owner is super friendly, helpful and generous… The living quarters are very clean and spacious. The central location of the property is also handy

Having the shower, bed and toilet all in separate, unconnected rooms isn’t 100% ideal… but it’s not a big problem 👍🏼 A sitting toilet would also have been nice

The owner is very warm and welcoming, he really mades you feel at home. In case you need a car to visit the beautiful surroundings (a visit to the several lakes of the area is a must) he can organise you a car service including driver. The hotel was clean, is spacious and offers kitchen facilities. Also there is a chilling area and the WiFi worked really well, something not so common in most of the hotels and guesthouses were I stayed in Georgia. Although Ninotsminda and surroundings is not a very touristic destination, I absolutely recommend to visit it enjoying the hospitality of Amic, the owner of Javakhet hotel.

Good location and private parking host was friendly and helpful

Very sparely furnished throughout cold and unwelcoming unlike host!! bedroom was like prison cell nothing on walls no furniture or rug cold floor tiles - needs to be made warmer and welcoming ! E g Photos of amazing landscapes in area on walls, rugs in reception and rooms, a bookcase with books about region and some comfy armchairs, “dining room’ had just table kettle and few chairs needs more and decorating Rooms need rugs, wall decor and at least bedside cabinets!! Host great but let down by unwelcoming place! Oh and modern sit down toilet would be good 😱
