We really like Villa Jade and had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. The villa is very nice, though a bit cramped in the kitchen for those of us who enjoy cooking together.
One area for improvement is the need for more shade on the terrace—for example, a parasol by the sun loungers. You have to be comfortable with close quarters, as there are neighbors right across the way, so the view could have been better.

Excellent location within walking distance of several beaches and restaurants/shops. Pool was an added bonus which was lovely for a morning swim. Grocery box was handy for a few basic items on arrival.
The main bedroom had light coloured curtains which let in a lot of light once the sun rose, it would be better if there was a blind like in the other room. Also there was no umbrella stand, so the umbrella kept blowing over when put through the hole in the table.

The location was great
Tv not working no channels as no Ariel and still being Covid restrictions it would have been lovely to just chill in the evenings with some tv . Also the stairs in the property are very narrow and my husband slipped on many occasion
