Hotel Queensbury Malabe

food was very expensive

Location of the property is convenient, room and bath room size was really spaces . furniture's are good in condition. no disturbance from the outer sounds even the Hotel locate near to main road. food was good (we order the dinner for two and it was good quantity for 02pax and taste was good.) Room Service Staff and cleaning staff was so nice and they responded our request ASP. Good and Secure Car Park was there underground the building.

we were requested the early check In from the property, due to our flight was arriving late we reached to hotel late. but we had to wait more than 45mints to get room for check in. the reason was Hotel reception gave they haven't ready the room. after check in to room since the beginning Room split AC was not working properly. temperature was so hot and till we were check out AC didn't work properly. next day I was complained to Hotel Manager, he gave unacceptable answer and excuse regarding the AC. Me and my wife we came from long flying hours and we really didn't have good rest and sleep because of the AC issues. we already complained from the beginning and no action happened till we check out from the Hotel. the way Property have advertised in Booking.com like all facilities are perfect. but reality not such way. pls take action in this regards from booking.com side and allow to your customers to have good service pls. .
