The Alisé Villa is located in the heart of beautiful rice fields. It is completely surrounded by rice paddies and forests, in a guaranteed meditative atmosphere. You can appreciate the calm, the ZEN spirit and the beauty of its environment. The height of the land is 500 meters above the sea level, so it will have a pleasant ambient temperature and much less hot that in Denpasar.

The Villa was built on the 1685 sqm land with spacious lovely garden and 400 m2 building area consisting of 2 floors.

On the Ground floor of the villa, you will have:
A large bedroom named Africa Room equipped with 1 king size bed (72 inches wide) facing the pool and garden, air conditioned, electric water kettle, on an adjoining private bathroom with shower, separate WC, a small dressing room with safety jewelry box.

Two spacious living rooms (a TV lounge with 50 Inches UHD Smart TV (Internet TV), DVD player and Stereo set, a lounge with sofa seats of 10 persons, comfortable, facing the pool).

An indoor dinning room with a table for 10 persons and a Bar area with extra fridge, microwave, toaster, electric water kettle, induction cooker, hot/cold drinking water dispenser and sink.

A fully equipped kitchen below the villa in a separate building (the staff area).

The villa is nestled in rice paddies but has direct access by car from the public road in front of the villa. Part of the beauty of the villa is it's natural setting, sitting in the rice paddies means we are occasionally visited by birds, frogs, lizards, harmless wasps, etc.

We stayed here for 6 nights. The location was good for us, in the middle of rice fields was gorgeous and peaceful. Illuh looked after our needs and nothing was ever too much trouble for her, she was lovely and warm and would get us any food we requested. The villa was cleaned daily and she also organised massages with ver little notice. It was a good base for us while we explored the Ubud area and did some activities such as tubing, ATV, Hidden Zoo, Monkey Forest, Cooking Class. We had a great time! Airconditioning was not working in one bedroom when we arrived but it was fixed the very next morning, so the villa was quick to fix the problem. The only negative feedback I have is that the furniture desperately needs replacing as it is very hard, old and uncomfortable, outdoor blinds are very mouldy (but it is a very humid place so this is probably difficult to control). All in all this villa was good value for money. We had a great time, the kids loved the pool and the beautiful views Of note. *The firefly's over the rice fields at night are gorgeous *The pool is as huge as it looks and a great tempetature *It's a lot cooler there than down in Kuta/Legian/Sanur which is nice! *Ubud takes around half an hour to get to *Don't turn the lights on in the villa at night whilst the doors are open as it fills very quickly with bugs, keep the doors shut and there is no issue *There is only air-conditioning in the bedrooms, no airconditioning in the main living areas

We arrived many hours late at the airport but Made and his guys were still happily waiting for us in the middle of the night. Already on the ride to the Villa they introduced us to Bali and gave us an opportunity to organize our breakfast. In the worst rain they later carried all our bags into the house. During the whole time they were always very personable and nice. They helped us with mayor problems. Just to name one of many examples, they got doctors to our house because one of us became sick. Even when we changed our mind rather often and caused inconveniences, they were pacient, understanding and supportive. They answered requests very fast and were always there when we needed them. They made our stay so much better. The house itself is beautiful too. The pool gets cleaned regularly and the view is gorgeous. The outdoor shower that can get quite warm is a real highlight. In some spots you can recognize that the house is not the youngest anymore. Here and there it might look a little dirty because the material is getting older, but it gets cleaned every day if you don’t ask otherwise. As a group of seven 18-year-olds we were happy to live a little outside the city so we wouldn’t have to worry about being quiet enough. We could enjoy midnight swimming sessions or horror movies on the big TV in the middle of the night. At the same time we got to Ubud quickly. We do recommend to rent scooters to do so. There is no better villa, especially for this price.

The villa is as pictured. Spacious with a gorgeous pool surrounded by rice fields. Made was a very helpful and knowledgeable driver and guide. He was really good at teaching us about Balinese culture and taking us to places a bit off the beaten track. Wayan and Iluh were available to assist us in the villa whenever we needed. The owner Ramil was very communicative and accessible before, during and after our trip. To demonstrate how caring this group is - they have gone above and beyond to try to reunite my son with his lost white fox stuffed animal. They were so concerned about him as he cried because we could not find him. Once found, they immediately contacted me and made a plan to get him back to us. Beyond a gorgeous villa, when you stay here you are with people who really care about your experience and treat you like family. Definitely recommend.

This was our first time staying in Bali. We had such a fantastic experience. Thanks to the staff at the villa. The hospitality was amazing. Ilu and I made were so accommodating—any questions we had they answered and had awesome recommendations for exploring the area. The pictures of the villa do not do justice to how beautiful it is. The area is peaceful and the rice fields add an extra touch of beauty. The place is amazing along with the staff. I recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in the area. You will not be disappointed. I have to give a big thank you to "I made", He was also our driver and took us to some of the most beautiful local restaurants that were terrific. He made us comfortable and was a great host. They are a great staff and hardworking people so please show them gratitude. This experience created great memories and I can't wait to come back!

We enjoyed the villa and the beautiful vistas from the outdoor showers. The property is roughly half an hour outside Ubud which means transportation is needed for all activities but this is the compromise on seclusion. The propriety was large and all bedrooms coming with en amazing en suites was a bonus. Would recommend for adults for sure but can also work for families

We were amazed of the beauty of this Villa. Every part was quite spacious and well furnished. The property manager was wonderful. She grocery shopped for us and cooked breakfast and dinner and did a great job. She also helped arrange a driver to and from airport. We were driven to places of interest which were at his suggestion. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this Villa.

We are a family of 6 who have just returned from a 10 night stay at Villa Alise and we're missing that pool already. The property is exactly as shown in the photos and was the perfect place to spend our first time in Bali. The beautiful Tegalalang region was glorious and we had some excellent day trips around the area using both organised tours and hiring Villa Alise drivers Made and Nyoman to take us sightseeing. We also had many meals prepared for us by the lovely onsite staff. The biggest drawcard for booking this property was the pool and it was a welcome sight when returning to the property at the end of a hot day needing a refreshing swim and for endless games of Marco Polo! Our only suggestion would be an upgrade to the lounge chairs, quite hard and uncomfortable. Overall we had an amazing time in Villa Alise and beautiful Tegalalang.

Alise Villa is a very beautiful property located between rice fields around 15-20 minutes from the center of Ubud. The 18 m swimming pool is without a doubt the WOW factor that welcomes you, after first being greeted by friendly and most helpful staff, while the 2-storey villa and rice fields continue to be WOW as you approach from the drop-off / reception area at the entrance. We can easily spend 4 nights of our stay, such as rice around it, but with a short visit and so many beautiful sights to see, local arts & crafts to admire and amazing adventures to start, we hope that we have stayed longer. My honest opinion is that staying at least 7 nights will be better. This accommodation is no less impressive than the exterior, TV / Lounge area downstairs, a closed bar / dining area, and a closed outdoor lounge area overlooking a stunning pool that looks more attractive from any position and can be accessed from each described . Because we are a couple, only one bedroom is accessible, which is understandable. This room is spacious with a very comfortable King bed, large desk, lounge, walk in wardrobe, private bathroom, toilet and partially open shower, overlooking the rice fields. Accessible via sliding doors from the bedroom are open and roofed balconies where you can sit and admire the surroundings from another soothing perspective. The villa has friendly staff who will prepare all the food from the menu, or if the menu item is not according to your wishes, will prepare food from ingredients that the guests buy themselves. Alice Villa is a special place that is suitable for couples and families or groups The food preparation area is located behind a beautiful but rather minimalist wooden bar. I am fortunate to have a wife of 'food lovers' who likes to cook, what she does and is very delicious as usual ❤️ Bring the basics, (Salt, spices, spices, sugar) and all meat, vegetables, etc.) and hope to cook it with the help of a hot plate, kettle and a single induction toaster. The villa owner offers us a driver, which is an important accessory to stay at this villa. The villa owners are very selective in choosing villa staff and the drive, everything, adds to the magic of our stay. There are many more positive things, but not enough characters are allowed for my review. Last words: THIS VILLA BOOK

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Alisé. There was on property staff at all times. Which eased our minds when we were out to ensure safety of our belongings while not physically present. We ordered breakfast and dinner several times and we were not disappointed. The property was spacious with plenty of room to accommodate multiple guests. We visited from Guam so we are used to bugs and geckos being inside, but if you're not used to that it is something to be prepared for. The beds were surprisingly comfortable as most accommodations that we've stayed at in Asia are typically more firm than Americans are used to. The property was very clearly well maintained and the staff were all very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay at this villa again!

We had an amazing stay at the Villa Alise! All of the reviews and pictures were spot on! Ramli was a great host with a great staff. He had the driver there for us at the airport and dinner was waiting for us when we arrived. The house was big and comfortable, with really cool outdoor showers that looked out over the rice paddies. The house is actually surrounded by rice paddies. It is such a surreal and magical setting, where you feel as one with nature. Magical, because you are off the beaten path in the countryside, with many small villages. There just happened to be many weddings and festivals going on, so you hear the chanting and prayers in the background with sounds of the chirping crickets and singing birds. We really prefer being away from the tourist scene and enjoyed being at the Villa. We are a family of 4, so we used the driver every day. Our driver, Nyoman was outstanding! He took care of us and knew all the best places without trying to steer us to places just to get a kick back. Trust is huge for us, and he was very trustworthy. We even used him on other parts of the trip. It is Bali, so you always have to expect that there will be bugs and other things that come up. However, the bugs never bothered us. We often left the windows open to get a cool and refreshing breeze. We had a lizard in the closet (it startled me at first) that became like our pet. It and the geckos did a number on the mosquitoes. If things did come, the staff promptly took care of it. The pool was our savior after a hot humid day exploring. The pump was out the first day, but it didn’t matter, still a great pool. We cooked most of our meals, but the meals we did have at the Vllla were good and not expensive. Our kids had plenty to keep them occupied from the pool, to hiking around rice paddies, to playing with neighborhood dogs. I highly recommend the Vllla Alise and would stay here again. The best VRBO experience ever!

We enjoyed every minute in the Villa thanks to its location, its beauty, space and comfort as well as its great staff. The three bedrooms were furnished in Bali style. They offered lots of room for bags and clothes. We loved the open aired bathrooms which allowed us to listen to birds and roosters while taking a shower. Because of our busy schedule we did not use the large porch and the balconies as much as we would have loved to. No question, we would always choose Billa Alise when coming back to Bali. After leaving Alise Villa, we checked in to our next hotel and were less then pleased. It was so bad that we forfeited our money for the next two nights and went back to Alise Villa. They allowed an early check in and when had lunch ready within 2 hours upon arrival. Iluh is a fabulous cook and the polet Alise is delicious. In my review with our first stay, I forgot to mention they do laundry which was fabulous. The only thing holding me back from 5 stars is the hard beds and couches. The foutons however are very soft and comfortable. It is maybe a 20 minute drive to Ubud center, but this is why we choose the villa. It was so quiet, but everything was very accessible. If possible, I would request Nyoman as your driver. He is very kind and thoughtful. Thanks again to everyone at Alise Villa for allowing us to come back so last minute and being so willing to continue to make our vacation memorable.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights and it was fantastic. The pictures are true to what it looks like. It is about a 30 min drive from Ubud center, which is fine because we wanted to stay away from the hustle. Iluh is a great cook with meals nearly on time. The internet went down twice during our stay, but it was up and running within 10 minutes. The outdoor shower was glorious after swimming in the pool. Nyoman was our driver hired by Made and was nothing short of perfect. Since you are in the middle of the jungle, there are animal/bug noises at night, but only noises. The geckos are around the house, but never bother you and keep the misquitos away. Each bedroom even had a power cord that was compatible with our USA plugs! We were never left wanting here. The only downfall was the hard beds at night and the equally hard sofas downstairs. Including transport from the airport, driving around every day we were there and transport to our next hotel, we only spent 1.5 million IDR. We also ate nearly every meal at the villa and spent Only 1.3 million IDR. Well worth the money spent. We were able to watch the locals planting rice right from the balcony. All in all I would for sure recommend this Villa to anyone. Thank you so much Made and Iluh for having us and treating us so well.

We really enjoyed our stay here, such a beautiful roomy villa with an amazing pool ! Hassle free stay the staff where all lovely and helpful. The villa is in the countryside, and the surrounding area magnificent rice fields and forest. We felt privileged when participating in the harvesting activities with local farmers just side by side of the villa garden. Obviously, you do need a transportation system to reach Ubud and to do every planned activities in your holidays, but the sensation of quietness and relax, away from the crowd, rewards you. Fully recommendable.

Excellent villa in a great location 15 minutes from resteraunts and shopping of central Ubud . Villa has plenty of room for all the family and is set amongst Ubuds rice fields . All the staff are excellent , always smiling and happy to help out in any way they can . Manager has a very 'can do ' attitude and as well as keeping you comfortable around the villa offers a great transport service at a very good price . Extremely knowledgable about all activities there are to do . Will definately go back to Alise Villa again and would recommend to anyone , 5 star ! Randel Margaret River

Beautiful villa with excellent location near Ubud and surrounded by rice fields. Magnificent views from all corners and rooms. And the service of the Management Sr. Made and the staf was very good, very oriented to make of the stay of the client some unforgettable holidays. As points of improvement, that could be better regulated the temperature of the hot water of the showers and that the doors of the rooms close better. We stayed for 4 days at the huge villa with 3 persons. The driver was excellent and took us where we wanted to go. The bedrooms were very big. The pool was very nice next to the villa. The villa is situated next to rice fields where the view is very nice. We were about 20 minutes away from Ubud center. Again the driver dropped us off where ever we wanted to go. Or picked up.
