Love the location and the overall facility.

That unit could use updated appliances. The dishwasher was loose, washer and dry very loud to run, pots and pans - some were broke and dated. Some light switches were loose and nearly broken.

Location of the home was wonderful for us. Nearby biking and hiking trails, right across the street from the clubhouse with small pool and hot tubs.

Service of the property management company, Vacasa was dismal. They never answer phone calls, they don't answer texts for several hours, in fact, I received a response at 1130 PM. Booking.com listed this property as "Pets welcome" as in plural. Vacasa said NO, only one pet allowed. AND only ONE parking spot at this location, and Vacasa had no information about alternate parking options. Would not book again as long as Vacasa is managing this property.

Great location. Super close to the free parking lot at Keystone or a quick drive to A-Basin. Quick 20 min drive to Frisco or Breck. EASY check in. Hot tub and heated pool was nice and just across the street. The townhome was clean and in good repair. Nice kitchen. Cozy environment. Good for 4-5 people, no more I'd say. Best value would be 3+ nights of course. If I was going for a week and staying with friends to split the cost, it would be great.

Pretty steep $ for one night, but I had intended to go with friends and split the cost but that didn't end up working out. The path from the parking spot to the porch could use some ice melt + maintenance between guests...it was completely covered in ice and a little dog poop. The smaller hot tub needed some repairs. The shower heads were older and kinda crappy cone heads. The TVs didn't have the capability to connect to Netflix or Hulu so I was stuck with commercial TV. Coffee maker, but no complimentary coffee. No tissues, had to make due with TP.

This condo is in a good location if you have a car! The HOA has done a great job making the surrounding area feel Colorado modern. We didn't use the hot tub, but it looked splendid.

This was a low frills unit. Soap and shampoo was provided but that's about it. No coffee or filters and the sink was clogged when we arrived. The price was expensive for the shoulder season. We left a day early.
