This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 6 and is just a 6 minute walk on the boardwalks across the wetlands to the Mountain House base area lifts and about 8 minutes to the ski/ride school. You can also shuttle or drive to the resort. Views of Keystone Mountain, river and wetlands. Living room has comfortable seating, large flatscreen, wood fireplace and sofabed. Free WiFI and cable. Fully-equipped kitchen has granite-tile countertops and stainless appliances. Full size, washer and dryer in unit for convenience. Dining table seats 4. Kitchen bar seats 2. High chair in unit. Large covered deck with electric grill overlooks the valley and slopes and has a table for 2. Recreation/bike path right out the door. South facing and full of light. Cinnamon Ridge boasts a great combination of location to the slopes, with comfortable accommodations at an affordable price. Close to the Black Mountain Lodge and Ski Tip Lodge wedding venues. Mid- September is the perfect time to catch the Aspen turn in it's full yellow-gold glory between the summer crowds and ski season. Days are sunny and warm and evenings quickly become chilly as the sun sets.Ski condos quickly show their wear as they suffer hard use during the season and this one was no exception. Updates were evident, mostly cosmetic and the place was basically surface cleaned: however some important areas were missed. The sliding doors were so dirty they were difficult to see through and the top of the fridge had not been cleaned in months. Worse, there were no cleaning supplies to DIY. The ice maker is not operable and the disposal is unavailable noted by several posted notes that the buildings pipes were"old". A little more attention to the cleaning and some repairs would have boosted our review another star and earned a referral.The property management company was professional, efficient and easy to work with. As promised, they had the grill clean and the propane plentiful.
