The Key Premier Hotel Sukhumvit Bangkok

The facilities are very clean and organized. I had a room that had a separate living room and bedroom and that was nice. The staff is awesome and seems always ready to help. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job maintaining my room and that must have been tough. The bed was comfortable! The gym was pretty good. The pool seemed small but once I was swimming, it was actually pretty big and very clean.

The shower water was never more than Luke-warm. That was frustrating. The location is good but when walking to the main road, you pass about 7 small bars that are aggressive in trying to get you in.

First of all, it must be said that the cleanliness is impeccable. Ton's welcome is remarkable, as is that of the rest of the staff. The breakfast is really good, and the pool and bar are fantastic.

Good location

Location was fantastic, less than 5 mins walk away from Nana station which is a few station away from Siam. There’s alot of food and convenient stores located within the vicinity of the hotel. Though the walking route to and fro the hotel has some dodgy bars, other than that location is pretty good.

The hotel is rather smelly, not sure if it is just the room allocated to me or the air conditioner but it smelt like dirty laundry/ sock throughout. But I only stayed for 2 nights so can’t be bothered to request for change of room. Staffs was overall okay, not the most hospitable- upon checkout, I requested for a bottle of water since the staff did not refill it for me on the 2nd day. I was being rudely told to pay for it. Staffs were more interested in their conversation rather than tending to guests, service definitely doesn’t feel like a 4 star. 2-3 stars at best
