Studio Black Jack

El apartamento es bonito y agradable. Las vistas están genial! La cama muy cómoda. Todo funciona bien. Hay un par de restaurantes al lado del piso que están genial. En la entrada te espera bol de chuches lo cual fue muy agradable. Hay e incluso soda stream y eso viene genial para refrescarte en verano! Leo es muy comunicativo y majo.

La zona NORD en general está muy bien. Pero no hay ninguna tienda cerca y siempre tuvimos que esperar bastante al bus que te llevaba al metro. Ferry también está lejos. Ojalá hubiera algún armario a disposición de los huéspedes porque hay solo ganchos y un par de perchas y eso no facilita organización. Aparte, el balcón está conectado con otros apartamentos de esa planta y solo te dividen unos arbustos de ellos, por eso hay poca privacidad (el vecino puede mirarte por la ventana pero Leo ya nos dijo que fue un mal entendido así que bueno).

La comunicación con el host fue excelente. El alojamiento coincide plenamente con la descripción. Esta equipado para garantizar una estadía agradable. La limpieza del lugar es excelente, el area muy tranquila para asegurar un buen descanso. Recomiendo el alojamiento! El edificio tiene un estacionamiento donde se puede aparcar la bicicleta de forma segura. El host compartió una larga lista de recomendaciones.

Tuvimos un inconveniente menor al momento del check in para poder acceder a la llave, pero el host se puso en contacto de manera inmediata y lo pudimos resolver sin mayor inconveniente.

Es war alles top. Aussicht war extrem schön, das Studio war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Leo ist ebenfalls super nett und gab uns auch einige Tipps für unseren Urlaub. Immer wieder gerne hier!

The main pluses of this apartment were the view from the terrace and good communication with the host.

We felt a bit like we had come from "poor Poland" to visit a wealthier, more modern uncle in the Netherlands. The host messaged us every day and visited us a few times in total. If I didn’t answer my phone, he would get annoyed, because he “had something important to say.” I must admit I booked the place mainly because I liked the terrace in the photos — but when we arrived, we saw one note on the door where it was written three times that we were not allowed to use the terrace after 10 p.m. At the same time, the host lives right next door and would walk onto our terrace from his (which is connected) to water his flowers, so we didn’t feel any privacy there. There was a thermostat on the wall, and I assumed it was for air conditioning — it was extremely hot in the apartment. I messaged the host asking how to turn it on, and he replied that there is no air conditioning, but asked whether I was cold or hot. The temperature inside was 26°C... I understand some guests may want constant communication and assistance, but my wife and I came here to relax and unwind — unfortunately, that wasn’t possible, because we felt constantly watched. It wasn’t the peaceful stay we were hoping for.
