Located in the marina of Mancaversa, close to the sea (250 m.) And the sandy beaches of Gallipoli (Lido Pizzo with its natural park, the Punta Swine, Picador, Green Bay, Zen, Samsara, Lido San Giovanni, Porto Selvaggio).
The apartment, located on the first floor, has an air-conditioned bedroom, large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, TV, bathroom with shower, washing machine, outdoor shower, two large verandas to stay / outdoor dining , barbecue, fenced outdoor area, parking inside the property.
There are two units substantially equivalent and adjacent called A1 and B1 (see photo).
The beach nearby, within easy walking distance is a sandy beach nestled in the rocks with clear blue sea and a fine sand.
The proposed apartment is located in a quiet and relaxing, in a strategic position to reach all the most beautiful places of Salento (Gallipoli, Torre San Giovanni, the Maldives of Salento, S. Maria di Leuca, Porto Cesareo, Lecce, on the Adriatic coast, Torre Bear, Otranto, Castro.

La proprietà è situata in un punto strategico, a piedi è possibile raggiungere tutti i servizi fondamentali e la spiaggia è a pochi passi. Nonostante l'edificio sia un agglomerato di appartamenti (a volte un po' rumorosi) si riesce ad avere la propria privacy. Nota di merito al signor Virgilio che è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile.

Io e mio marito abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento per 3 settimane di vacanza nel mese di Agosto. Tutto era esattamente come ci era stato presentato, anzi meglio. Il proprietario, il sig. Virgilio, è attento alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti con simpatia e discrezione. Consigliamo vivamente questa soluzione, sono state vacanze meravigliose. Posizione ottima e strategica per chi vuole visitare il Salento.

Casa veramente molto bella, nuova, dotata di tutti i confort in posizione tranquilla e veramente a due passi dal mare. Posto auto all'interno del cortile o volendo davanti all'abitazione su strada privata, poi come non parlare di Virgilio, il proprietario, gentilissimo, attento e disponibile, persona veramente squisita sempre pronto a dare consigli sui posti da visitare, veramente un gran bella persona. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
