Located in Mancaversa close to the sea (250 mt) and the sandy beaches of Gallipoli (Lido Pizzo, Swine, Picador, Green Bay, Zen, Samsara ...)
The apartment has two air conditioned bedrooms, large living room with sofa bed for one and a half and additional beds on request, kitchenette, LCD TV, bathroom with shower and washing machine, outdoor shower, large garden in the exclusive competence, provided with a wooden gazebo, furnished with tables, umbrellas and barbecue for outdoor dining, private parking.
The house, newly built, enjoying the view of the sea and the proximity of a small municipal pine wood, and is located in a strategic position for traveling:
WALKING - you can reach both the beach (250 mt ca sandy coves alternate with low rocks) that the center with various shops and services (restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, bars, fish shop, newsagent, tobacconist, famacia, first aid, sports center with tennis courts and football pitches, children's playground and all you need to brighten up your holiday).
CAR - you can reach the most famous beaches of Gallipoli (Lido Pizzo 1km, Tip of Swine / Picador 3 km, 6 km Green Bay, Gallipoli center 8 km) and the main town of Salento (45 km Otranto, S. Maria di Leuca 35 km, 35 km Porto Cesareo, Lecce 45 km).
At 100 meters there is also the bus stop (Salento In Bus), which connects the marina with the shores of Gallipoli and the main cities of Salento.

Abbiamo soggiornato per quindici giorni in questo appartamento. Il proprietario è molto gentile, simpatico e sempre disponibile per un consiglio o una necessità. La casa, semplice ma dotata di tutto il necessario è vicina a tutti i servizi e in posizione strategica per visitare i luoghi meravigliosi del Salento!

Nous avons été reçues par M. et Mme MANNI dans une maison spacieuse, claire et très propre. Tout le nécessaire y est et, si besoin, les propriétaires sont très gentils et très à l'écoute.
Nous avons profité de la terrasse et du petit jardin pour prendre tous nos repas. Environnement calme, petite supérette à deux pas, et GEAS, supermarché un peu plus conséquent un peu plus loin.
La place de Lido Pizzo, offre une eau turquoise à température idéale .....
Les villes de Gallipoli, Lecce, Otranto, Santa Maria de Leuca sont à moins d'une heure de route.
Cerise sur le gâteau, il a fait un temps magnifique !!!! Que demander de plus ?

Magnifique séjour passé dans les pouilles dans une très belle maison neuve spacieuse avec toit terrasse vue sur mer, jardin et barbecue. De très beaux volumes très agréables à vivre avec un propriétaire disponible pour vous aider. Maison à recommander avec accès à la mer au bout de la rue.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre settimane in questo appartamento. Siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi nel verificare che la casa corrispondeva esattamente alle fotto pubblicate. L'appartamento e fresco pulito e in ottimo stato, ideale per una famiglia con figli. Il proprietario è molto disponibile, ci ha fornito delle indicazioni utilissime per il nostro soggiorno. Il paese è tranquillo e in posizione ottimale per eventuali gite nelle famose Maldive del sud. Consiglierò sicuramente questa soluzione ad amici e parenti.
