About this apartment rental
ZesT is our purpose designed and built holiday property perfect for couples looking for a private getaway. Located within an easy 8 minute walk of the town centre and with shops and cafes on its door step, ZesT offers an ultimately convenient location together with luxury and beautiful sea views. An ideal escape for couples and honeymooners looking for something special, yet within walking distance of the town and sea.
The apartment offers accomodation over 2 floors. It has its own off road parking with private entrance from the ground floor/parking level. Once inside stairs lead up to the main living area on the first floor and then up again to the private roof terrace. On the lower floor is the main living area with a double bedroom, luxury shower bathroom and an open plan living area with a modern fully fitted kitchen offering all appliances. The lounge has beautiful sea views through large sliding doors onto a private balcony to the front and sliding doors to a smaller balcony to the side. The bedroom too has sliding doors onto the side balcony, a ultra comfortable super king (180x200cm) bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers/make up unit with mirror. The bathroom on this floor features a 90x140cm shower area with sliding doors, WC and sink with stylish fittings.
On the upper floor is the stunning roof terrace level which offers a second full shower bathroom and a second outdoor kitchenette. The kitchenette has small fridge, sink and worktop. This 40m2 private roof terrace is the largest roof Terrace of it type in Kalkan. It has a lounging/dining area shaded by a large pergola to the rear, and open sun terrace with private pool. The sun terrace features three modern sun beds and two large umbrellas. The pool features a seated area to one end with jacuzzi jets and shaded by the pergola above. Perfect for taking in the view and ultimately private.
ZesT generally accomodates couples but it can cater for up 3 guests with the possibility of a third guest sleeping on a single fold up bed in the living room. There is a small storage room off the hallway for the third guests to store their possessions if required. For 3 guests an additional nightly fee is applied.
Below ZesT is our Kalkan Holidays rentals office which operates during business hours and does not create a disturbance to our guests in Zest above. The design of Zest ensures we do not need to disturb our guests privacy when undertaking the dailly pool maintenance.

Fantastic 2 weeks in Kalkan and apartment Zest T. Communication with Bridget from day 1 of booking until boarding the taxi to leave was flawless, responses are almost immediate. Very clean and modern apartment, excellent bathroom, really comfy and cool air con bedroom. The pool is bigger than i was expecting, we loved floating on the roof top watching the people walk by the street, the kitchen on the roof was perfect for drinks, lunch and daily ice creams. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

We were there for our honeymoon, and Bridget was a really great host! We met her and she gave us a lot of tips. She even helped us with information about where we could do a PCR test.
The apartment was really nice and clean. There was also a mid-stay clean so no complaint!

Making the booking was quick and easy. Bridget is a great virtual host, very helpful even in the midst of Covid19, both in the UK and Kalkan.
The apartment has everything you need and the photos don't do it justice. Everything is just a short walk away.
A little piece of paradise in uncertain times.
For our first trip to Turkey this has exceeded our expectations.

The apartment is done to a very high spec and had everything we needed and more. Large living area and large rooftop area - one night we had 11 people over for food and drinks and there was plenty of room for us all! And the super king bed is more comfortable than ours at home!
The owner, Bridget, is very accommodating and helpful - even helping us arrange a boat trip which was a huge success.
Would highly recommend to other couples or small groups of 3 friends travelling together.
