Other Things to Note:
All Vibe Spaces are self catering and set up for the long term monthly renter. So while you won't need to bring linens for the bedroom or cooking utensils, dinnerware, and cookware for the kitchen, we don't provide ongoing cleaning services, supplies or toiletries that you would commonly find in a hotel.
Vibe Spaces come equipped with just the basics for clean and comfortable living, including a broom, dustpan, swiffer, and in many cases, a vacuum. We don't, however, provide swiffer pads, paper towels, or cleaning products. You'll also be provided with a starter kit of toiletries including a roll or two of toilet paper, a bar of soap, and a travel-sized bottle of shampoo and conditioner. Typically, you can expect one set of linens per bed, which includes a minimum of 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 1 comforter and duvet cover, 2 pillows, and 2 bath towels.
For anything else, our spaces are well located within close walking distance of convenience stores. We can also help connect you with independent local delivery services from which you can purchase any additional items to help make your stay more comfortable.

This studio is pretty spacious for New York City apartment sizes. It is recently renovated so the appliances and furniture were relatively new. A couple of negatives: the wood floors are old and creak a lot, so there are rugs on most of them, and that; the mattress on the bed is a bit like a brick, so I had to get a mattress topper; and the apartment is close to the fire station so you sometimes hear sirens late at night. Some positives: the apartment is very convenient for the Q and 4,5,6 subway lines, which makes getting around Manhattan pretty easy; the apartment is close to Central Park, which makes for a good walk; the sub-lessor was very responsive and worked with me on some maintenance issues to get them resolved quickly. I was in NY for a summer internship, and this was a good short term sublease for that position.
