Villa in private park, all on one floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living room overlooking the pine forest, large fully equipped kitchen, hall, dining table with chairs and sofas outside, barbecue, private parking spaces, beautiful lawn in front and behind the house is ideal for children. Beach within walking distance with shed and reserved space protected from the sun by a roof of straws. Clear sea.

We had an amazing stay at this charming vintage home. The private backyard was a peaceful retreat, and the interior was beautifully furnished with stylish, thoughtful decor. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Just a 5-minute bike ride to the beach and 10 minutes to great local restaurants. A low-key, relaxing getaway — we loved every moment. The house is set in the most beautiful pine wood. The area is very peaceful and the beach (a 20 minutes walk from the house) is quiet.
The house has a well equipped kitchen, a large living area and the bedrooms are spacious.
The ensuite bathroom was rather small.
The garden is beautiful and very well kept.
Overall an amazing property.

Abbiamo affittato la casa in due famiglia ed è stato tutto perfetto!
La casa ha uno charme di altri tempi ed è davvero tenuta bene, la cucina molto attrezzata e tutto funzionante!
A 15 minuti di passeggiata piacevole si raggiunge il mare e il gazebo privato!
Una spiaggia stupenda, per niente affollata e un acqua limpidissima.
La casa si trova dentro la pineta di Roccamare e quindi anche per il traffico è tutto molto limitato, anche per i bambini “zero” pericoli.
Dsemvra di stare completamente da soli anche se in realtà ci sono molte abitazioni nei dintorni!
Tutto perfetto e davvero da ritornarci!

Proprietà molto grande e dotata di molti confort . Pulizia e cura del giardino impeccabili . La pineta di Roccamare è un ‘ottima location per trascorrere le vacanze
