The condo is very small, but in a good location. There is little view of the water, due to the dunes, but the bridge over the dunes is right outside the door. The thermostat is a bit frustrating, as it is not easily viewable and does not respond immediately as my home one does. This resulted in an after hours call for assistance. The man who answered my call was very helpful and resolved our problem within a short time. I recommend this condo for small groups. Warning that the balcony at night is active with no see'um bugs. I learned to only use it during the day. Thanks for the place to stay while my daughter and I enjoyed the beach and Savannah.

The place was how it was described online. The ramp to the beach was right at the room. When we arrived the tub was clogged with hair and sand. We called and maintenance arrived within 30 minutes and fixed it quickly. I do recommend putting a shower at the ramp on the other side (opposite to the pool) to help people rinse off before going to their room. This will help with cleaning and sand not clogging the plumbing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and loved the room!

The location is amazing. The unit layout is fine, but it was dinghy. The furniture is worn and stained. There was something like soda all over the front of the refrigerator. We called about it, and soneone came out to clean it, but left without any explanation. There wasn't any follow up. We discovered ants in the bathroom and water bugs in the living room. Disappointed in this unit, but we'll return to the complex.
