Excellent location for families, couples, golfers.
Located in the Puerta del Mar complex on Royal Beach adjacent to Mc Donalds Restaurant.
Absolute beach front complex has direct access to beach through private gate.
Apartments complex is perfect location for beach lovers as you can hear the waves lapping against the shore from the apartment. There is a lovely Spanish beach bar within a few minutes walk and the popular bars, restaurants, shops, banks, newsagent, etc. of Calahonda are located a short walk away.
Malaga airport is 30 min. drive away and Marbella just 10 min., Puerto Banus is 15 min. Numerous golf courses in the area.
The manicured gardens lead down to the pool area directly overlooking the Mediterranean. Situated a few meters from one of Calahonda's quieter beaches, this apartment has it all. The port of Cabopino is a 15 minute walk away along the beach with its many bars and restaurants.
There's a direct lift into apartment from secure underground garage.
South-western 35 m2 terrace has rattan sofa, dining table with chairs, sunbeds and stunning sea views, all day sun. Terrace is very private, not overlooked. Quiet and private complex with a number of shared pools. Community is well maintained by staff every week day.

The apartment is located directly on the beach and has direct access by the gate to Royal Beach. 3 min walk on the beach to restaurant/bar, snacks, lunch, dinner. 15 min walk to Puerto Cabopino with its beautiful yacht marina, golden sandy beaches, water sports, fishing and wide choice of restaurants. 5 mins walk to the bank, pharmacy, supermarket, shops, cafes.
There are many attractions in the area for all the family including water parks, theme parks, zoos, golf
Within 10 min drive is Tivoli World, Fuengirola, Marbella, multi store shopping center La-Cañada.
This modern penthouse apartment has been furnished to a high standard and has two bedrooms, the master with a double bed and the second bedroom with twin single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There is a separate shower room. The lounge dining area is spacious and bright with doors leading on to the large terrace which enjoys superb sea views. The bright and modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar to the living area, and there is a separate utility area. This apartment benefits from a secure underground parking space.

Tania’s place was great. It is exactly like the pictures. We loved the location. Tania is very responsive to any questions you might have. She is extremely helpful.

Amazing property and Tania the host was super responsive and very helpful. We had a very late arrival but Tania made sure we were met to get into the property. The apartment itself has everything you need, is well appointed and the views are amazing! The terrace is great and a wonderful place to spend time eating, drinking, watching sunsets or just listening to the waves and watching the boats go up and down. The pool was very refreshing and no problem getting sun beds. Out of the secure gate and you are on a lifeguarded beach in 2 minutes. There are plenty of shops within walking distance, a restaurant less than 5 mins walk away and plenty of other restaurants up and down the boardwalk. We didn’t have a hire car but we used the bus to get to Fuengirola one way and Marbella the other. Will definitely return!

Great penthouse apartment with views of the coast, good location with access to the boardwalk and the beach

Tatiana's top floor apartment was just perfect, as you could not fault the location with lovely views out to sea and down the beach to Puerto de Cabopino from the spacious and private balcony. The apartment itself is accessed via a lift and is comfortable and well furnished with a full kitchen (lots of utensils) which includes a washing machine. Both bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for hanging clothes and the main bedrooms double bed was very comfortable, affording a great nights sleep; with just the sound of the waves crashing onto the shore. Although there is good Wi-Fi there is no UK TV which wasn't an issue for us. There are two adult pools and a children's pool which are not heated, again not a problem. Close by there are bars, restaurants and various shops including two supermarkets. Tatiana was the perfect host, being very responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay.
We are looking forward to returning in the near future.
