Villa Walter, cozy and reserved villa for nature lovers just 25 minutes from the Adriatic Sea

Surrounded by a beautiful landscape, this villa in the northern part of the region Marche, offers the opportunity to enjoy real peace.
The nearest village is 2 kilometers far away, but a little further away, villages as Mondavio, Fratte Rosa or Sorbolongo can be visited. You need just 20 minutes by car to reach the Adriatic coast and the closest beaches (Fano, Marotta and Senigallia).
Outside, near the entrance, there is a wood stove and a comfortable barbecue, which together with a huge table made of rough wood, allow to enjoy outside the typical dishes of the area. From here, with a smooth path you come to a natural terrace, where a beautiful swimming pool was built, the pool is completed by a circular Jacuzzi with 3 meters diameter.
The large and structured garden hosts also several relax areas: gazebos, sheds, benches, also rich in olive trees and typical bushes of the area. In the countryside below, a path in the wood leads to a nature trail for hiking and mountain biking up to the Rio Maggio river.
The property is fully fenced.
The villa consists of two independent floors.
The lively owner has restored the property, internally and externally with great love and attention to details.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a double sofa bed, a large fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a children bed, a single bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.
The ground floor rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Hearty breakfasts on the panoramic terrace, enjoying the wonderful panorama of the surrounding hills, can be taken.
The lower floor, shaded by a porch, houses a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with joinable beds, a passage room with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
The villa is provided with insect screens on windows.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; pool towels; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; air conditioning; pool and garden maintenance; use of mountain bike; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
final cleaning € 120,00; pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week) € 50,00 per week; heating consumption; extra cleaning; extra linen change.

Security deposit (to be paid upon arrival): € 400,00

Check-In: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Check-Out: from 8.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.
