Unfortunately, the owners weren’t available until the second evening,of our stay. We couldn’t figure the stove out to cook and the WiFi passcode wouldn’t work. Owners were very pleasant but not very available.

My mother and I loved our too short stay here. The property is described perfectly and it was very clean and comfortable with modern amenities. We did not have time to take advantage of the walking along the banks of the estuary, but we would have if we had stayed longer. Frederic and Karine were very kind to come and fetch us when we got lost trying to find the house (no GPS!). The property is also quiet and you must drive to get groceries or any other necessities, so a car is necessary. Our main goal was to visit Mont St. Michel but we enjoyed St. Malo much more. Try to spend more than two nights because there is plenty to do in the area and you have a wonderful 'home' while you are there. Thank you Frederic and Karine!

We truly enjoyed our 2 week holiday in this picturesque stone house in a quiet hamlet on the banks of the Rance. There is plenty to do in the locality: St. Malo, Dinan and the coast are all nearby. The children had fun in the nearby forests & goat farm. We will return!

Magnifique gite, très bien situé entre saint Malo, Cancale, mont saint Michel ... Trés propre, confortable. complet ( je chercher encore ce qu'il pourrait manquer à l'intérieur ..... LOL) On se sent "comme à la maison" Literie parfaite Le calme et la sérénité sont au rendez vous dans ce havre de paix. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette maison tout confort, très agréable et tellement jolie. Elle est chaleureuse, remplie de petites attentions pour les grands et les petits. Nos trois filles ont particulièrement aimé les jeux et la grande collection de BD. Le village est calme et les balades y sont de toute beauté. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter cette belle région.

La maison est très chaleureuse et fonctionnelle, Le lieu magnifique, petit bourg très calme au bord de Rance entouré de verdure et de fleurs, La localisation est parfaite à 15 - 30 mn de Dinan, Dinard, St Suliac, St Malo, Cancale et même le Mont St Michel, Les ballades le long de la côte sont aussi très nombreuses Cap Fréhel, la pointe du Groin... etc... pour les amoureux de la nature foncez les yeux fermés. La maison est joliment décorée, suffisamment spacieuse pour une famille. Nous avons loué à 2 couples plus 1 enfant. Un des couples a pu dormir dans le lit en 120. Mais il ne faut pas être trop grand. Sinon c'est juste ! C'est pourquoi la configuration de cette maison convient parfaitement à une famille. Le site est vraiment très joli et la petite terrasse devant la maison permet de prendre des apéros avec le soleil couchant ! Il ne lui manque qu'un jardin mais les bords de la Rance sont tout près et permettent de profiter du paysage ! Nous gardons l'adresse car cette location est bien placé pour visiter les villes alentours (Dinan, Dinart, Cancale, St Malo ...). Karine et Frédéric sont des propriétaires charmants.

Par ailleurs, les propriétaires ont pensé aux petits détails qui font la différence comme les livres et les jeux pour les enfants ou le kit d'épicerie pour la cuisine. On s'y sent comme chez soi !

maison très agréable,bien située pour découvrir la région. La décoration de la location est soignée et faite avec beaucoup de goût. la cuisine est très bien équipée, avec la délicate attention d'y trouver les produits de première nécessité, La terrasse devant la maison, bordant la petite rue, qui est une impasse, permet d'y prendre les repas au calme, si la météo le permet. Notre séjour nous a ravi.

charmante maison, bien située, au calme, la pièce de vie au rez-de-chaussée est spacieuse . Propriétaires disponibles et agréables. Tout y est pour passer un bon moment. Si la météo n'est pas favorable pour découvrir les environs, en attendant le retour du soleil (car il revient toujours en Bretagne, si si ) il y a des occupations pour les enfants (mon fils a beaucoup joué avec les kappla ) et pour les grands ( mon mari a redécouvert les BD ). Ce week-end nous a permis de nous ressourcer. Merci et quand les enfants seront plus grands, nous reviendrons c'est sur... Il nous reste beaucoup de choses à voir..
