Stylish 4 bedroom villa with heated pool, swim jets,WiFi, & one bed apartment.

We had really good stay at this property in Feb 2023. Its a beautiful villa with large pretty gardens, a patio area and fenced off swimming pool. The villa is on a quiet street a minute away from a road that connects the towns in the North of the island and is about 20mins from the large resort of Corralejo, 15mins from the quaint coastal town El Cotillo and about 30mins from the airport. The nearest shop is a 5minute walk with a small but well stocked supermarket as well as two restaurants. The small towns of Villaverde and La Olivia are both 20min walks and have some other shops and facilities like playgrounds. We stayed for 7 days as a group of two families with children from 2-6 years old and the thoughtful layout allowed for us to have comfortable setup in the house. There are two ensuite doubles, a baby room and then two single rooms each with two beds in them. The pool area is good with sun loungers, some inflatables and a bbq space. The house is well equipped and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. There were a few things that would have made it great; - we were abit unlucky with the weather (a little chilly and a few days of dust storms) but that meant the house was really quite cold at night and then we struggled to get consistent hot water setup. This won't be an issue for the majority of the year but some warmer blankets would be good to have on hand. - the house has some family provisions but lacking things like childrens bowls/plates/cutlery and outside of a couple of puzzles and two kids DVDs there wasn't much available. Because we spent more time inside than we thought this was abit more of a challenge. - we might have just missed it but we couldn't find a welcome pack with any information about the house or surrounding area. Stef had kindly sent some info by email in advance but things like knowing what to do with rubbish, how the pool worked, how to get taxis etc weren't there so we had to figure quite a lot of this out for ourselves. - The house is well cared for but some bits could use abit of TLC / or replacing i.e. the pool net was broken, a broken sun lounger, all the inflatable balls for the pool were punctured, some art supplies for the lovely additional artists studio (Which is a great little bonus space!) etc. All in all we'd highly recommend the villa - Stef was great to deal with and her building managers were very friendly and accommodating. A few tweaks and would be a 5 star experience.

Schöne Villa in la Oliva. Alles super sauber. Bettwäsche wird gewechselt und auch die Poolpflege ist 1a. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Beaucoup de place pour une famille de 10. La piscine très bien chauffée est vraiment agréable. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire. A recommander sans hésiter !!

Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen in der Villa zusammen mit Freunden. Die Lage war für uns perfekt zu den Stränden in Corralejo und El Cottilo. Ein Mietwagen wird benötigt. Besonders genossen haben wir den Außenbereich mit der windgeschützten Sitzecke und dem schönen Garten. Auch der Pool war sauber und schön warm - ein Highlight für die Kids. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieterin und Manager war problemlos und sehr freundlich! Ein kleiner Punkt Abzug da aufgrund teilweise defekter Moskitonetzen die Kinder sehr viele Stiche hatten und ggf. das ein oder andere Polster im Aussenbereich gereinigt werden könnte. Insgesamt eine Empfehlung von uns - wir würden wiederkommen! :-)
