Great house, for 9 of us - great spread of bedrooms and lots of modern bathrooms. Plenty of space for us all to not get under each other's feet. Great complex near to the house, and also close to bus stop and taxi rank. 10 minute walk to beautiful seafront. Ask the owners for the short cut by the dog park which takes you straight to the coast. Only there for 4 days but had the best time including beaches, markets, boat trips and meals out.

I think the pool needs refurbishing, but was great to cool off in. Also we had a lot of teenagers, so could have done with some more towels :) I have no doubt if we had asked we could have got more so not really a criticism.

This house is bigger than the pictures let on. It has absolutely everything and is so stunning. Perfect distance from everything and just overall an amazing place

Beautiful property in a great location. The private pool and surrounding area is fabulous and has the added bonus of an upstairs terrace to catch the morning sun. 3 bathrooms to cater for everyone was perfect.

The basement room was very warm. The villa doesn’t have air con (as advertised) but maybe a fan in the room would help.

Check in was very easy, Patri was friendly and informative, she met us at the villa on check in. Beds in all rooms were very comfortable, bedding and towels were clean. Location was perfect, close the El Campanario square and a 10-15 minute walk to the main strip. Taxi rank 2 minutes away and taxis were always available.

The outside of the property was tired and needed attention. Paintwork on the villa was shabby in places, multiple floor tiles around the pool were unsafe and broken - luckily we did not have Young children, if we did this would’ve been a huge issue for us. Outside furniture, sunbeds etc, need replacing. Unfortunately, the only day we attempted to cook at the villa was on Christmas Day, the oven kept tripping the electrics in the whole villa and we could not cook our Christmas dinner. I did contact Patri and she offered for an engineer to come out the next day, but we declined this as we only wanted to cook a Christmas dinner, however, this needs urgent attention for future guests. Noisy neighbours attached to our villa, caused by furniture being moved around all hours of the day and night, very little to no soundproofing in the villa.
