Great location in a quiet neighborhood. It’s 15 minutes to downtown Charleston and 15 minutes to Sullivans beaches what more could you ask for.

This is a great centrally located condo that is close to everything. The place has everything you need to make it feel like home. It was a very quiet area while we were here. We would stay here again.

The location of this condo is perfect for those looking to visit the Charleston area. Downtown Charleston, beautiful beaches or shopping districts are all 10-15 minutes away. We celebrated 2 birthdays and Easter and the kitchen had everything I needed (with the exception of a hand mixer) to prepare homemade breads, cakes and an Easter feast. Love the kitchen as well as the cooking and bakeware. Nice variety of spices on hand. Condo and was well stocked with starter items from coffee, dish soap, toilet paper to paper towels. The property manager was prompt in responding to any questions. Definitely an older condo complex but the combination of the above reasons and the great value will be the reason we return to the Cozy Condo!! Thank you !!
