A classic and stylish coastal retreat for the ultimate family escape. Take a 5-minute stroll to Blairgowrie front beach, cafes and boutiques or an 8-minute drive to sophisticated Sorrento, plus enjoy spectacular coastal walking tracks at nearby Blairgowrie Back Beach National Park.
Circa 1920, this white-on-white weatherboard beach house has huge rooms with high ceilings and lime washed floorboards, decorated in a classic blue & white palette with Hampton’s style furniture.
Features a large, sun-drenched open plan living area and adjoining alfresco entertaining deck, 4 bedrooms, 2 sparkling bathrooms, open fire place, central heating, air-conditioning, new Miele oven, laundry and much more.
Accommodation - Sleeps 8
Bedroom 1 – Master with King size bed and en suite with large walk in robe.
Bedroom 2 – Queen size bed and 1 single bed, robes
Bedroom 3 – Queen size bed, wardrobe
Bedroom 4 – Two single beds, built in robes
The open plan living room includes a Plasma TV, DVD player, iPod music system, fire place and 3 x 3-seater sofas.
Kitchen features a brand-new Miele oven, full suite of entertaining essentials and a retro cocktail buffet. The large central bathroom includes a bath and European laundry with separate washer and dryer.
The huge front and rear gardens are completely fenced and secure, with landscaped lawns, large shady trees and a hammock. The alfresco area has a 4-burner BBQ.
Family friendly extras include a baby cot, high chair, board games, DVD’s and books.
