About this house rental
Five bedroom, three bath home with a private private pool in Wildwood Crest, NJ - named best summer vacation destination in the United States! Just a short walk to the BEACH, Library and Tennis courts.
Max occupancy: 10 - Sleeps 10
1x King Bed, 2x Queen Bed, 2x Full (Double) Size Bunk Beds, 2x Twin Size Bunk Bed - tenant brings their own towels and sheets. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout to keep you comfortable during your stay.
5x SMART TVs, XBox One gaming console, and Guest accessible WiFi high speed internet.
Large kitchen includes refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, disposal, toaster, keurig, and drip coffee maker. Indoor dining capacity is 10.
The property includes a fenced in private backyard oasis which features a bar, mini fridge, natural natural gas fed BBQ, outdoor gas fire pit, and in ground pool. No need to leave the property unless you want to, as the backyard provides entertainment for both day and night. Beach equipment, outdoor shower, and storage area is also provided.

Communication with hosts was excellent, very accommodating. House was clean and full of amenities. Pool was a HUGE hit with everyone, especially due to the extreme heat during our stay. There was plenty of beach equipment and pool floats, etc. to use. The AC unit worked wonderful and kept up well with the extreme heat outside. Plenty of room for alot of people. However, it might be better suited for guests with kids and less adults having a bunch of separate vehicles. It is doable, but you need to be flexible with street parking for some of the extra vehicles you bring. Outdoor grill/cooking area was convenient if you enjoy making meals in. Quiet pleasant neighborhood and easy to get around the area from this location. Appreciated that the house smelled good and clean but didn't have "plug ins" that some rental homes have and can affect some of us with allergies, Thanks for the stay!

My family truly enjoyed our stay. The house is in a perfect location. We walked to the bay, beach, and ice cream and restaurants! The pool is an added bonus. We spent many hours cooling ourselves off in the lovely pool and cooked dinner at the outdoor grill area. An added bonus! The kitchen had everything we needed to be comfortable and the host responded to my questions very quickly.

Very accommodating house. 10 of us. 6 adults and 4 kids. Pool is a plus and also outside shower. Outdoor kitchen we used 4 out of 7 nites. Great host. Helps with any questions. Second year renting.

We had a wonderful stay. The house fit our needs very well. The location was great; near food, ice cream, the beach, and the boardwalk. We enjoyed our time at the pool. Matt was very responsive to our questions.
