This recently renovated beachfront studio is located right off North Atlantic Avenue, just one mile from the Daytona Beach Main Street Pier, the Boardwalk, and the Joyland Amusement Center. While all the world-famous Orlando attractions including Walt Disney World and Universal Studios are just 75 miles away!
Relax in your intimate, sixth-floor studio, conveniently close to the elevator, where you can throw wide the door and let the ocean breezes play throughout your cozy living space.
Enjoy the spectacular view from your private balcony as you sip a cool drink and watch the turquoise blue waters play over the sand or settle in to catch the fireworks over the pier on Saturday nights during the summer months.

Really was a great stay. The host was helpful. Pool was destroyed from last hurricane but who needs a pool when you have the ocean.

Great little getaway! Convenient to everything. Pool was closed due to storm damage, but who needs a pool when you have the ocean! Overall, great stay! Great communication with the owner, quick response. We hope to stay again next year!

We stayed for 4 days/3 nights.
The stay was great! The elevator was RIGHT IN FRONT of our door, which made checking in/checking out so easy (and the elevator was not noisy AT ALL, so best of both worlds).
The room was on the 6th floor, which gave an incredible, direct view of the ocean. The balcony was lovely, with two chairs and a table on it. The left side gave complete privacy while on the right side there was a short dividing wall between our balcony space and the next room's balcony, which was fine, as the neighbors in the room next to us were no bother at all. There was a screen door on the inside leading out to the balcony. This was really cool, because we could leave the door to the balcony open and the screen door shut; this would keep the bugs out and for the most part keep the AC in. At night, we used the screen door so we could listen to the ocean noises until we were ready to sleep.
There was a full size refrigerator, a flat screen TV with many different apps to choose from as far as watching TV, a Keurig machine for coffee with a spinner rack of different Keurig coffee options, and many small touches that made the place feel very comfortable.
The bed is a Murphy bed. It was okay. The "mattress" was thin and by the last night both my girlfriend and I were starting to feel it in our backs. It was as good as it could be for a Murphy bed.
Overall, the place was amazing and we would definitely stay here again.

This condo was amazing. Super clean. Right near an elevator. This was our first time to Florida with our son and this place was homey!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It had absolutely everything that we needed and the bed was comfy!! The air mattress was probably my sons favorite part! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
