We had a wonderful stay with no complaints. We had an issue come up due to my work schedule and I had to join my wife and kids the following day in which required an extra vehicle. I was able to speak with somebody on the staff in which I believe was the maintenance guy, and he was able to help me out by contacting a tenant in whom let me use their parking pass because it was not being used. That was exceptional of him to make the effort and help us out in that way. I have no complaints about our stay at all.

Love this quaint little studio with beach access! I was thrilled to see that there were beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards available for use! Easy, contactless entry and exit was also nice.

The wrong unit number was listed and it took the front desk clerk and me 1/2 hour to get management to help us find the right one. The property itself was dated and in need of massive repair. The parking lot was closed due to damage so we had to park across the street BEHIND a Walgreens. NOT SAFE! TV was all messed up, NONE of the amenities on the property were open (we weren't told this until after we had paid). I asked for a late checkout and was told it would be 75. When I told the owner that the day after I left he said "we could have waived that for you." A lot of help it was the day after!
