About this cottage rental

Independent cottage, adjoining our home in an old renovated farm, with large wooded land and not overlooked.
For a simple stopover, a few days of vacation or a professional trip, we welcome you all year round, in SAINT-MARTIN-LE-CHATEL (15 km from Bourg-en-Bresse, 5 km from exit 5 of the motorway A40, 5 km from Attignat, 10 km from Etrez, 23 km from Mâcon).
The accommodation of 80 m2 is made up of 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom 1 bed 160 * 200, 2nd bedroom 2 beds 90 * 200), a living room (flat screen TV) with sofa bed, an equipped kitchen (cooking table , oven, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.), a shower room and an independent WC.
Washing machine, cot available. WIFI connection.
We have renovated our farm with ecological materials, the cleaning products are ecological. The garden is organic and sanitation is phyto-purification. Wood pellet boiler and hot water produced by solar panels.
Here the greenery dominates, and you are calm.
You can enjoy the large park (6000 m2), the salt swimming pool, the trampoline, the ping-pong table, table football, the molky field ... to share with our family.
A cat and chickens also live on site, which is why we do not accept animals.
Non smoking accommodation.
Beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided.
