About this villa rental
This newly built house is situated in a quiet area on a very large plot and has two floors with wonderful views to the swimming pool with garden and the Mediterranean sea in Cala Figuera from the first floor.
The two high quality furnished bedrooms have each a bathroom with shower and a private balcony. The modern designer kitchen offers everything: appliances of the last generation, very nice dishes and cutlery, etc. Also the living and dining area is furnished in high quality and has a fireplace where you can relax and enjoy the evenings in autumn and winter time. Both areas have direct access to the pool area, the fully furnished terrace and the barbecue area is situated next to a typical old stone cottage. The whole house has underfloor heating.
Finca Buena Vida has been operated with renewable energies from a photovoltaic system that generates its own electricity consumption since November 2020.
The energy that is not consumed is fed into the power grid.
Every year around 8.3 tons of CO 2 are avoided.
Three cats have been part of our finca for several years. They are used to being outside day and night. We are very grateful to our guests for the daily feeding! Sufficient cat food is available. The animals receive regular veterinary treatment and are vaccinated and dewormed.
The final cleaning costs €240 and is charged separately, as the obligatory tourist tax.
A refundable security deposit is required for this property.

Lovely villa with good facilities and within walking distance of Cala Figuera
It took 5 days (of our 7 days) to get the air conditioning in one bedroom fixed. Made for very sticky nights for one guest.

The nice service on site, the design of the finca, the equipment in general and the wonderful pool.
A conventional fan was not sufficient on some days to provide cooler air for everyone. In addition, another sunshade with a rolling base would be great for the pool area, especially for the children, so that they could bathe comfortably even in strong sunlight. We also had a lot of problems with wasps and mosquitoes. Therefore, additional equipment would be helpful to keep these annoying and sometimes very painful insects away. Last but not least, some toys or play equipment for children would be nice, as these things were completely missing. This was strange, especially as the owners of the finca also seem to have children and grandchildren. But otherwise everything was great! :-)

Die verschiedenen Anregungen, welche wir bei unserem letzten Besuch deponiert hatten, wurden praktisch vollständig umgesetzt Kompliment.
Und die Betreuung durch Alquileres Drac (Dagmar Belbova) war perfekt....wie immer.

Wir haben Buena Vida nun bereits zum 5 Mal in Folge gebucht (dieses Jahr sogar 2 x). Noch Fragen ? Insbesondere die kompetente und freundliche Betreuung durch AlquileresDrac (Dagmar Belblova) ist ausserordentlich und erwähnenswert! Vielen herzlichen Dank.
Gewisse Einrichtungsgegenstände sind langsam "in die Jahre gekommen" (Sitzkissen innen und aussen, Kissen Liegestühle, Grillzubehör Aussencheminée...... ) Auch Internet-Verbindung ist sehr anfällig, steigt des Oefteren aus. Kleinigkeiten zwar, aber verbesserungswürdig......
