About this house rental

Beautiful, lovingly furnished villa in the posh Sa Torre district of Cala Santanyi.
The house stands on an unobtrusive plot of around 640 square meters and offers on two floors around 180 square meters of living space plus spacious terraces with sea views (except from the ground floor).
It has space for a good 8 people and is equipped with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet. The bedrooms are spread over the 2 floors, which would be perfect for 2 families or 3 generations. On the ground floor there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and the adjoining living room with a homely flair during a cozy evening by the fireplace.
The bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and fans. Outside there is a large covered terrace on the ground floor with a dining area and a cozy lounge group. At the large pool (4 x 10 m) there are enough loungers and an outdoor shower as well as a Weber grill for all gas barbecue fans. From the first floor and the attic you have a fantastic sea view and can end the evening with a cozy glass of wine.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house has everything you could ask for in a relaxed and classy way. Everything is immaculate and high quality, with lots of room inside and out. The three different outside spaces were the highlight for us, the roof top sun terrace with views of the lovely neighbourhood and the sea, the large balcony and the pretty garden with the deep pool. The walk to the beach takes about 10 mins (very steep hill on the way back up!) and you can walk to Cala Figuera, a cute port, in about 25 mins. There are good restaurants in both locations. The town of Santanyi is less than 10 mins away by car and is very nice to visit, expecially on Wednesdays and Saturdays when the market is on. This villa is also fairly close to the stunning beach of Es Trenc and only 45 mins to Palma. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend this property for people looking for a high quality, relatively quiet but authentic and relaxing holiday.

Unser Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus hat keine Erwartungen offen gelassen. Über die Buchung, den Check-in, die Betreuung vor Ort bis hin zu dem wundervollen Haus mit Pool war es ein fantastischer Urlaub, den wir hier gerne wiederholen.
